Seriously?! Went multiple times while visiting and each time was absolutely fantastic. So mad there isn't a place like this where I live. The cafes and bakeries in New York City aren't even as good as this. I NEED this cafe.
Things tried: 1.Cardamom bun: Omg. Don't think, just do it.
Raspberry cream pastry: fantastic, moist, tart, flaky and so fresh. Def recommend.
Apple croissant filled with cream: yesss!!! Looking at it I thought it might be dry but no no no. It was moist and flaky and absolute perfection. The apple flavor was subtle and not overwhelming and the cream was insane. I could eat this over and over.
Jalapeno cheddar scone: This was the only thing I didn't fall in love with. Texture was more like a biscuit and the jalapeno cheddar flavor was so subtle I could barely taste it. Felt more like eating a plain biscuit.
Cinnamon bun: I didn't try this but my friend ordered it and said it was fantastic and it had a very generous helping of frosting, yum!
Butternut asiago pizza slice: YES!!!!! I was waiting in line looking for something savory to go with the sweet and while I was standing there this was put fresh on the display and I got so exicted. I could bathe in this pizza! While i was eating it, one of the ladies who worked there realized I didn't receive the onion chutney to put atop it and came over and gave it to me and explained that she wanted me to taste it to the fullest of its perfection. I mean, for someone to care that much that she was concerned and brought out the chutney to me on her own accord.... you know this place is filled with ppl who truly take pride in what they are creating.
Pumpkin bread pudding: I mean, bread pudding is just freaking awesome in general and I have never once seen it served as a regular bakery item so I was excited. We chose the pumpkin one cause it looked all gooey and drizzly. It absolutely did not disappoint! One thing that amazes me about everything we tried is how perfectly baked every single item is. I CANNOT STAND a dry baked good even if its only a little overbaked. They have perfected the art form of perfect baking times on all their items. Only thing that would bring the bread pudding over the top would be a dollop of whipped cream, zomg. 😍 My friend said that this pumpkin bread pudding was her favorite of everything we tried, along with the butternut Asiago pizza slice.
Pumpkin foam cold brew: okay, so I almost didn't order this because let's be honest, every time you get anything pumpkin spice flavor it ranges anywhere from mediocre and synthetic to absolutely disgusting. But, I noticed after my 2nd time visiting that lots of MEN were ordering this pumpkin spice cold brew, and I figured that if out of everyone the men were even drinking it, it must be legit. So I dove in and ordered a large pumpkin spice foam cold brew and let me explain to you right now that this stuff needs to just be put straight up on an IV feed because it's that good. The texture and creaminess of the foam was amazing and the FLAVOR. I don't know what they put in it that it tastes that genuine and fresh...I was blown away. Furthermore, I drank it slowly over the course of 2 hours and it was good up until the end. The foam stayed fresh and didn't disintegrate into the cold brew, or worse separate out. Order this and don't think twice, you won't be disappointed.
Regrets: I said "I'll get that stuffed almond croissant tomorrow"...but when tomorrow came around it was sold out by the time I got there. I am still dreaming about that thing. cries
-Morning bun I think it was called...topped with cinnamon sugar. I had already ordered so much I decided not to get it but in retrospect I couldve just taken it home with me. It looked amazing and I want to try to next time (I sincerely hope there is a next time!)
My dream is to live even remotely near a place this amazing and high quality, with a passion for respecting the classics while bringing innovative twists and creations to their customers as well. Bravo, standing ovation... you...

Baked Goods: Bryson Bakery truly shines when it comes to their baked goodies. From flaky pastries to indulgent cakes, every bite bursts with flavor and freshness. The selection is extensive, catering to a variety of tastes and dietary preferences. Their commitment to quality ingredients and skilled craftsmanship is evident in every mouthwatering treat.
Beverages: Unfortunately, the same level of excellence doesn't extend to the beverages. The coffee fell short of expectations, lacking the boldness and richness that coffee enthusiasts crave. Additionally, the matcha was disappointing, lacking the robust flavor and depth that characterizes quality matcha beverages. Improvement in the beverage department would elevate the overall dining experience.

The entertainment area for young kids is a thoughtful addition, keeping the little ones engaged and entertained while parents indulge in delicious treats. It's a place where families can come together and create cherished memories.
