HORRIBLE exp! I always thought you get what you pay for but this is not true with sleep number. I purchased the most expensive bed they offered and within 6 months it started going flat at night. I kept pumping it back up, tried to solve the prob myself with no luck. Called office, they told me they can’t help to call warranty office. Then they required me to purchase new air lines, test with caps, then I bought a new pump, still wake up on the hard frame. Now months later they say I’m out of warranty. If I want a tech to come out, I have to pay him to fix it AND pay for the new air mattress. It’s just over a year old and they could care less. I’ve had 3 back surgeries and my sleep score is under 40 for the YEAR AVERAGE! Absolutely ridiculous! They do not stand behind their product at all and really show that they don’t care either. Read moreDO NOT BUY** Beware of overpriced junk without warranty they will tell you 15 year warranty, what they dont tell you is you're going to be paying for faulty parts weather you like it or not, making their warranty useless. The slimey salesman will tell you what you want to hear. Less than 2 years in we started having issues and have called multiple times (latest was just shy of 2 hours on hold). To find out, it's a pro-rated warranty. So even though, it's 2 years old we have to pay 60% of the parts. On top of that, they give us ZERO guarantee that the $400 part will fix it. I specifically asked about how the warranty works, and was decieved. 9k and you get a 1 year warranty. This company will lie through their teeth and then customer support after is terrible....
