My girlfriend and I loved going here normally enjoy the food and generally everything goes perfectly. However the last 2 time have not been very enjoyable. About 2 months ago we went there before going to watch a movie down the street and ordered two meals that were pretzel pub burgers with one side of fries and one onion ring. Upon receiving our food we did not look in the bag as we had a movie time to catch and rushed out of the drive through. After opening the bag we saw that no only were both burgers not pretzel pub but also no bacon or toppings except for cheese. Happens so was not the end of the world but then searching through the bag we found only one set of fries. since we did enjoy this restaurant and want it to succeed we decided to call just to let them know they had missed some things. Lady on the phone apologized about the pub burger saying that was not being served anymore (was charged for this) and wanted us to come back to get the stuff we missed but we said not a big deal just want to let you know. She said she would send a credit to our address for their mistake. 2 months later still did not receive anything in the mail so I thought fine no big deal ill go in and see if maybe they got the wrong address or forgot. When I went in and asked about the credit not only was I met with front of the house manger that was looking at me like I was trying to rob the store but then went to the maybe general manager who was sitting in a booth to the left upon entering the store (you could see the booth from where i was standing) and asked about my situation. Hearing a bit of the convo I overheard "can't" and "looking for a free handout" followed by extremely unfriendly stares. Now I realized i wasn't wearing the nicest clothes in the world and prob looked like a mess (just finished a 8 hour study session) but it did seem like I was treated as someone who was a potential suspect to rob their store. Haven't gone back since and makes it hard to rationalize going back here after...
Read moreMy family and I frequent Culver’s often. They have a great turn around with their employees so we normally recognize the same smiling faces along with their top notch customer service during our visits. However I had a very different and disappointing experience yesterday.. After taking our order through the drive thru I drove up to the window to pay and was NOT greeted by a young lady whom I did not recognize. She must’ve been having a really bad day because she was SO incredibly rude (not to mention she forgot to give us our beverages). I paid and she hands me our number and begins to close the window 🤔 Before it closed I attempted to ask her to put a long spoon and something else in our bag she continued to close the window and said “okay, it’ll be fine”. Hmm 🤷♀️ If this was my first experience at this Culver’s I would absolutely never return. Needless to say I didn’t get the few misc. things I had asked for before she so rudely closed the window in my face. So a different employee that brought out the food made another trip and got them. Normally this place is great I just hope she didn’t treat others as she treated me.
I’m sharing this experience because I was in the app Google Maps and got a pop up asking for my feedback. Hopefully this can be used as a learning tool for the young lady, when working in customer service (or really anywhere that you work with customers) you have to leave everything at the door when you walk in for your shift. Especially when you work for a company that thrives off of giving fabulous customer service. Just saying...

Read moreMy partner and I went to this location and let me tell you, it was AMAZING. I don’t say that often about fast food joints because let’s face it, fast food is generally a disappointing experience.
We went at 3 PM for a late lunch, and there were a few customers there enjoying their lunch. Busy enough, but not overwhelmingly so. Very comfortable atmosphere. The cashier that greeted us was so sweet and accommodating. The restaurant was clean and naturally lit.
I had the buffalo chicken tenders with cheese curds and a flavor of the day (Snicker’s Swirl) waffle cone.
My chicken was hot, crispy, and well-seasoned. I burned my fingers eating it, but didn’t care because it satisfied my craving for good tenders.
The cheese curds were actually crispy and melty, like they’re supposed to be. All too often, I get cheese curds that are rubbery and disappointing. But these, man, these were…mouthwatering.
Everything was definitely fresh, which was such a refreshing experience.
I ordered the aforementioned ice cream cone after my meal to ensure that it wouldn’t be a dripping mess. It was probably the best part of my meal. My partner said, “You look so happy right now with your ice cream cone.” All I could do was laugh. It’s true - I’m an ice cream fiend, despite being lactose intolerant. Culver’s custard is always a nice treat.
My stomach isn’t happy with me (again, lactose intolerant) but I don’t even care. I’m so satisfied with my meal and the experience.
Thank you Culver’s for making my long, tiring day a...
