Economy Inn — Hotel in Carlsbad

Husband stayed here as a last resort. Other places were booked. He had no problem checking in. Everything was fine till this morning. We went out to get breakfast at 8-9 came back around 10 and our room was EMPTY! nothing was left they threw all the food that my husband had in the fridge. With him working oilfield getting the minimum is crucial and for them just to toss everything? We understand if it’s left passed check out by all means but...

so i went there and ask for room for a week and she old me 300. and ask for my age. i told her that im 19 she shoo me away saying that only 21 yrs and up only. it not suppose to be like that. she doesnt treat me like how she treat other people. indian lady is so RACIST ! DONT GO...

I called and asked if they had any rooms available (a Sunday night in September). After someone answered unintelligibly in a brusque voice, they simply said "no" and hung up on me. If this is any indication of how they value customers, I don't recommend...
