Sno To Go South LLC — Restaurant in Carlsbad

Let me start by saying, I used to love this restaurant. I have fond memories of getting snow cones with my dad and sharing tacos with my mom. My family decided we wanted to eat there tonight. The first time I called I was put on hold instantly. I waited on hold for a total of 5 minutes and then hung up and tried again. I called 5 more times till I was able to get someone to take my order. We ordered 3 enchiladas, 2 tacos, 2 large fries, some cheese, 2 burritos, and a 12 oz. cup of salsa. Not to my surprise, when returning home we were missing our 2 orders of tacos. I understood, as I have worked in the food industry myself, that sometimes mistakes can be made expecially with bigger orders. I was ready to go head and head back. It's not a favorable thing, but you know we are only human. So I called back to inform them that we didn't not receive our tacos. A lady by the name of Emma, or something like that answered. I had Emma on speaker as we went back and forth. She told me that we had to have had the tacos, because she had made them. I repeated myself multiple times going down the list of what all came in the three bags I received. She basically called me a liar. My family is very offended by how we were treated and refuse...

Very yummy hidden gem in Carlsbad, New Mexico. Our Airbnb host recommended them for their chicken tenders and we were not disappointed. I'm a bit of a fried chicken expert so I can say with some authority that the chicken is indeed very good. We also tried the cheeseburger with all the fixins (don't miss the red and green peppers, they're a very delicious addition), very satisfying as well.

Prices are very reasonable at $5-10 per person and portions were quite large. My husband's large double cheeseburger was HUGE. My chicken tenders looked more like butterflied chicken breasts. 😂 Lots of fries on the side and toast as well.

We were pretty tickled by the EIGHTY snow cone flavors available. Absolutely shocked by how good the chocolate flavored snow cone was. 😂 Cheesecake flavor really tastes like...

First of all I would like to say that the gentleman in the front is doing an outstanding job and I cannot complain about him but what has me ticked off is that there is no sense of urgency I called my order in waited 15 minutes only to get there and it's still not ready the Young Man asked them if they could skip my order up ahead since I was already there I heard a guy from the back say she can wait like everyone else that is just awful it's already over priced food as is and now I can't even get good service I will not be coming back her for awhile I come here because of the great service and now to find out that us as customer's are...
