Carl is beyond helpful, knowledgeable, prepared and is a warm and welcoming person. He knows how to perfectly balance one-on-one involvement and personal space so that you always feel comfortable, properly informed, but never pressured or rushed (he wont breath down your throat while you are trying products and he wont try to unnecessarily upsell you).

His appointment based system allows for a relaxing and personalised buying experience. There aren't other customers wandering around having you feel awkward or like they're waiting to try what you're currently considering. Carl knows how to give you just enough space to feel available for questions while not hovering around or staring at you waiting for you to make a decision.

The mattress options fully encompass all available types without there being so many that you feel overwhelmed. Because of how he sources his products the pricing is considerably better than at any big name mattress showroom and the quality of products available is just as good.

I will be recommending this place to everyone I know when they are in the market for a new sleep surface. I was able to go in, spend an hour trying out different options and then go home to think about it before making a choice. I didnt feel pressured to buy the first day and was able to still have a relaxed buying experience when I did return the following day to make a purchase. Carl wants you to have whatever is the perfect mattress for you and his attitude and buisness model conveys this. When you shop here there is no pressure, great options, he is very knowledgeable, the environment is comfortable, and you know you are saving money while still getting the best specific product for your needs.

This should be the only place you buy a mattress from now on. Carl is running a fantastic business here and you wont be disappointed if you go there to look at his products.

My experience is that Carl and his team run a terrible practice of taking advantage of people who are disabled. I was deceived, aka lied to by Carl's employee, being instructed by Carl to tell me that they needed a quick signature for removing a metal frame and bracket. I trusted him and signed where he pointed. I am visually impaired. I DID say multiple times, and even then, I needed my statements from Carl because Carl was behaving in a very deceptive manner. He said he would tell Carl as he got back to the office. Meanwhile, what that piece of paper actually was was them having me sign off approving all charges, including charges I didn't know anything about. Now, we are taking the next step. Carl may act genuinely as helpful as he did to me a year ago, but if you are not careful, his true personality and vicious agenda come into play. He was bossy. He sent me the wrong mattress and wouldn't take it back - not his mission statement. And a few other things I will keep under my belt for his day of reckoning.

As you can see, I responded to Carl who as I typically expected went from "hero" pretending to be so helpful ( not) to "VICTIM" pretending I bashed his family whom I have no idea who or if he has one. This personality is not pleasant. Please stay on topic, Carl. You sold me a mattress which wasn't what you guaranteed and promised me and you bullied me around beyond belief to find a bed to fit this thick mattress in three days. That's not customer service at all. Had I known you would be day to night in half a year, I would never have returned to obtain your business. I warn others of the same. Now this IS...

From start to finish the furniture buying process was smooth sailing. Every time I go and try to buy furniture, I get overwhelmed with way too many options. Box Drop had the perfect amount of options for us to decide what was in budget and what style we wanted.

Buying Process: When we first walked in everyone was friendly and welcoming but not over bearing and pushy. We spent a good chunk of time sitting on different couches and asking questions. I tend to ask a billion questions and it usually takes me weeks to make a decision. I felt comfortable enough to make the decision there, and had no pressure from their team.

The purchasing process was clear and they worked with us on what days to deliver. Everything is super organized there.

Delivery Day: The delivery team was incredible professional and kind. I did the white glove service and they put it all together for me. When we purchased the couches we also paid to have them take our old couch. It was so much more cost effective for them to take it and it took a huge weight off my shoulders.

Couch Durability: This test will take time to determine but I will say that the team helped us make a decision based on our lifestyles and budget. Buying new furniture is not a cheap thing to do. I can definitely say that the team at BoxDrop will take your needs into consideration and help you make a decision that works for you.
