We used to order delivery from here once a week. The food was always really good and the orders were always correct. Then we got two orders in a row that were completely wrong one week apart.
The first wrong order was for a Greek Chicken Pita and a Greek Chicken Salad. The order was missing all of the sauces/dressing. You can still enjoy the pita without the sauce, but a salad without any dressing really sucks. We chalked it up as a fluke.
One week later we placed the same order, Greek Chicken Pita and Greek Chicken Salad. This time the salad came with dressing, but the pita came with no pita. Just all the toppings dumped in a bowl, and again no sauces.
Both times the items came with the order ticket taped to the packaging with the correct order clearly listed, so they definitely received the order correctly and had it available to look at when preparing the order. Yet somehow they managed to get the orders completely wrong twice in a row. After the second mess up we decided to stop ordering from here for a while.
That was 2 months ago. Tonight we were really craving Cava, and I figured they had 2 months to get whatever the heck was going on over there figured out. So, we decided to give this location another try. We placed our usual order, Greek Chicken Pita and Greek Chicken Salad, and to my amazement, it was wrong again! The salad and dressing were correct, but the chicken pita had no chicken on it, and came with the wrong sauces. I checked the receipt and sure enough the receipt had the correct order clearly listed on it.
Well as they say, three strikes and you're out! We will absolutely not be ordering from this location again. The only explanation I can imagine for such consistency in getting my orders wrong is that they are actually making the orders wrong on purpose.
TL;DR: This location very consistently gets delivery orders completely wrong. After receiving three wrong orders in a row I will not order from here again.

Read moreAttempted to get 3 bowls for dinner. Ordered a steak bowl, and 2 spicy lamb bowls.Order was placed online and scheduled to pick up at 4:15pm. Arrived at 4;23pm, stood at the counter after looking around for the “to go” area no bags. 1 employee, assisting at the counter, the couple who walked in before me. After another 6 minutes go by, while watching several persons in the back room, a person comes out and asks if they can help, told them I was there for an online order. I was told they didn’t have it, went to the car to get the order nor, then as I walk back in, I’m told, “we found it.”. I’m told they’re “working on it now”. It’s now 4:40, a different girl comes from the back, states that, ‘we’re out of steak”, asks if I want chicken, I said no I would like the lamb. Then the first person helping me bring out three bowls, with a yellow post it note, “ sory, we are don’t have any metballs or stak”, I then asks the original person what they substituted the steak and lamb with, she goes to the back and comes back and says, ‘falafel and chicken’. At this point I ask for a refund. 3 people later, I’m told they’re working have to call their “Regional manager” to get the codes to override the register to process the refund. At this same time the woman who had told me they were out of steak bring out my order in another bag, at least these looked more appetizing, and the pita was included. So they duplicated my order but it was still incorrect and we had already started the refund. Then they start the refund, did the 2 lamb bowls separate from the steak bowl and because they were done separately, we were shorted $ 3.00+, which my daughter said was not worth the hassle to have them make it right. DO NOT GO TO THE CAVA!. The locations in Greenwood Village and Highlands Ranch have been pleasant. This was a DISASTER. GET COMPETENT STAFF, IF SOMEONE SAYS THEY’RE A MANAGER AT “ANOTHER LOCATION” then make managerial decisions, don’t...
Read moreThis place has so much potential but the customer service and supply chain issues ruined the experience.
When we went (for the first time) they were out of so much! It was like a person just bought the franchise, hired a bunch of kids and called it day. They really need to hire an ADULT or a manager with experience.
There were no:
No Forks (asked for them and thet said they were completely out of stock - had to eat a salad bowl with a spoon 😕)
No avocados (I was told we would not be charged for them since the chef bowl was even named avocado - and was still charged full price after looking at receipt).
No pickled onions - which was a shame because this was one of my favorite toppings for a Mediterranean dish!
No Sauces - the kids running the store were out of 2 signature sauces and a third was almost gone. We had to sub the signature dressing on my husband's bowl and it was not a good fit flavor wise at all!
To top it off the kids running the line were just not present or attentive. They have cards that they look at that list what ingredients should be in the bowl. They starting making my bowl twice instead of my husband's bowl because they rushed and stacked the cards on the line.
My bowls main dish or protein was falafel but they were VERY small and only put two in the entire dish - seems overpriced at $15 a bowl to skimp on the goodies and fill with just greens.
If they can clean up thier management, whomever stocks the shelf, I would return and be happy to recommend to friends and family. The flavor is there and it is VERY tasty! But the experience and being out of stock on EVERYTHING is holding them back.
We went on a Saturday. Seems like someone did not properly prepare the store for a weekend...
