Burger King — Restaurant in Chehalis

1st time visit to this B.K. out of town. We passed off many other places to grab a bite and we decided to stop by B. K. for the 2 for 6 mix n match deal. We went through the drive-thru& Chloe the cashier was nice. Only problem is that I received my change but no receipt... so I pulled over, parked& went inside to ask for my receipt. As soon as I walked in, I saw the big lady AKA probably the "manager" ...mind u, as I observed, as I walked into the B.K. the big caucasion woman w/ a pony tail in black&white uniform... turn her back on me to speak with staff members and not 1person at the register to assist me. Wow! Bad move on your part big woman! Made that too obvious! ?not sure what that was about, but no one was that attentive to come and assist me not knowing if I wanted place an order for food or get my receipt . So I stood there and waited for someone to assist and lo and behold, the cashier at the drive-thru happened to glance my way and I told her that she forgot to give me my receipt. Keep in mind, during this entire time the "manager"& other employees are gathered in a circle conversing by the cooking area! All employees of Burger King/& that goes for you 2 wanna-be assistant manager or not: Always issue paying customers our receipt! don't expect us to ask for our receipt. It's your job to give us our receipt with or without our change& without us paying customers having to ask for our receipt. The receipt says "Kayla" but the young girl's badge read "Chloe" ? Thank you and on our next visit we won't be stopping by this...

I’ve given this location several opportunities over the last year and each time they’ve failed. Today was a typical example.

I walked into the establishment. I approached the register where a young lady was waiting to take my order. She didn’t ask if she could help me, she stood there with a glazed look on her face. I asked if she was ready to take my order, she said yes and rolled her eyes. My order was simple, a whopper, fries and a water. Used my card, she turned away, placing her hand where the receipt prints out, ripped it off and handed it to me, all without looking at me. I took the receipt and continued to stand there. She looked at me and said, do you want a cup? Yes, I ordered water. She passed a cup to me and walked away. No, thank you, no may I get you anything else, etc. just attitude. That’s typical of the service at this location and has been for some time.

They pay more attention to the drive through customers than the customers that actually take the time to walk in. They served five drive through customers before my food was ready. It would have been faster for me to drive through, place and receive my order, park and take my food inside to eat it. Think about that for a minute.

And when my food was ready, the tray was slapped down on the counter in front of me and she actually called my order number out as if I wasn’t there. Again, no thank you, no anything else I can get you, nothing.

Some people are not cut out for service. What amazes me is this location seems to only hire...

Do not go to Burger King by Walmart in Chehalis. We both decided we didn’t want to cook tonight it’s been a extremely long week for us. We order 2 #9s and a 8 pc mozzarella sticks with fries and 2 waters. I look in the bag and there was no sauces and we had to wait on our mozzarellas. So I went in all was fine just let them know they didn’t give us sauce and then we left went all the way home. 10 minute drive. Realize that those 2 boxes were chicken fries and not our burgers. Just our luck. Joe called and asked if we can get a refund she said she can’t take the food back and that she can either refund us or remake our food. Makes no sense. So I go in 10 minute drive back. We’re sitting there and all I asked was “do I need to throw it away or can you throw it away back there” immediately she looks up at me super rude in a rude tone “I can throw it away back here” as she’s nodding her head and rolling her eyes. And they only gave me $19 something back out of the $25 something we spent. I said there must be a mix up. She said because we threw away our mozzarellas because they were cold and didn’t bring them to her and also our waters which btw they didn’t put ice in. That she couldn’t give me the $6 back that she owed me. So I just walked out thinking we also just spent $$ in gas driving all the way I to town back and into town again. Ridiculous we will stick to the one next to lives...
