I am a business owner in Centralia so I came here to keep the money in my businees community. As my daughter and I entered the store we went down the first isle as it had key chains in it so I put one in my cart. My daughter's phone rang in her purse s she reached in to get her phone to answer it. We continued shopping and asked a nother employee if they had anymore stickers some place as we were looking for dog stickers she was very friendly and helpful. As we got.tonthe end of the isle another employee approaches my daughter and said that she saw her put something in her purse. My daughter then said yes my phone. She said no product. So my daughter ope er her purse and said you are welcome to look in it then dumped it out in the middle of the floor. Then when there was. Nothing in it but her own stuff the employee (Jody ) said she must have ditched it. It was absolutely mortifying at this point I'm angry so I left the 70 worth of stuff with the accusing employee and said I will never shop here agian and she in turns said she didnt care. If this is the way you treat people I cant believe you are sti in business! I'm going to corporate and filing a complaint and I will see what legal action can be taken! SO BE AWARE IF YOU GO THERE YOU WILL BE...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis was the best customer service experience we have had in years! There appeared to be a discrepancy in our total when we went to pay. We questioned the total since it was more than double what we planned to pay. The cashier saw the same price we did and called the manager over to assist. We learned it appeared to be an error in the pricing of the item. The manager said they would honor the price even though it looked mis-marked. We expected a completely different response and were preparing to leave the item behind especially when the manager found it wasn't marked incorrect but part of the price was mixed in with the price tag. What has made me a loyal customer and now will make this store my go to store is, at no point were we made to feel like we were putting them out for questioning the total or misreading the price tag! I felt valued and like a customer with a company that wanted to keep my business. It was refreshing to feel that appreciated when they didn't have to but chose to!! #loyaltyearned!
Stopped in 2/18/22, they have increased cake and cookie decorating items. Wish they would have had food grade paint brushes but found loads of sprinkles in all colors!

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have attended many of the class provided by Michaels. I have take all the cake class and they were very fun and informal classes.
However I have taken my kids to a few of the kids classes and they were very dissatisfied. The teacher had no clue what they were doing. Didn't have a sample of the project and the kids quickly lost interest. We have left a few classes with I'm finished projects because it was a major cluster.
Today I attended my first planner group and the teacher was great. However she Ā didn't have any knowledge of the project and the directions weren't the best. It would have been nice for her to have a sample to present the class as well..
Please fix this problem. I know I am not the 1st to have these feeling . And when the class says free and the supplies will be provided make sure the stores don't force people to pay or buy items.
