I went into the Smoke shop to buy a vape pen. I got the cheapest one [$12). I ended up taking it back the next day. I couldn't get much smoke to blow out. The clerk asked me 2 our 3 times if I was sucking hard enough. Yes I replied. She then tried it herself. She said the part that holds the oil was cracked, so i decided to get a better one. I didn't realize she had picked out the most expensive and just like hers. I had also bought 2 olls and 1 of them was cracked as well. Long story but i didnt have $52 on my card, so she gave me an oil for free and i left. When I got home I looked at the receipt and she didn't take off the $12 for the broken pen or the cracked bottle of oil. She also put the broke pen back in to the packaging but kept the cracked oil holder. She did that to get store credit. When I went back for a 3rd time, she said she didn't keep the cracked oil holder and couldn't give me any money back. I got burned for $12, called a liar more or less. I never touched the broken pen, I told her I hadn't touched it. She also told me she had the same vape pen. Funny she was outside smoking a cig all 3 times I went back to that store. She must of needed the $12 as bad as I needed. That's the last time for me...
Read morePet Sence has been there for me with all of my pet needs. My dog and I have been loyal customers since he was 8 weeks old. We also use the veterinarian that visits twice a month for all of his shots, checkups, and microchipping. All of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Pet Sence has a huge selection of dog and cat foods and sometimes give samples so that I can find a product that is good for my dog and that he'll like. The Chehalis location that I frequent seems to specialize in dog and cat needs and you wont find a lot of products for other pets. I highly recommend Pet Sence and I will continue to shop there for all of my...
