I made an appointment for my daughter to get her flu shot online and since it didn't ask for insurance info online, I called to verify that they took her insurance (Molina through Apple Health.) The lady that answered told me that she couldn't tell me if they took her insurance, that I would have to call Molina and ask them if it was accepted at Walgreens. I thought that was weird, but then she told me even if they end up not taking her insurance that flu shots were free anyways. Again, thought it was weird but thanked her and decided not to call my daughters insurance since the lady said it would be free regardless. I then drove 30 minutes to the appointment and was told they don't take her insurance. I told them what I had been told when I called and he said there was nothing he could do. Frustrated, I said "fine, I'll just pay out of pocket", and then was told that since they had knowledge of the fact that she had insurance they didn't accept, that they couldn't let me pay out of pocket either because they aren't allowed to do any business with patients who have state medical. I left and went to Rite Aid where they got her in right away with no issues. I believe they need to better train their employees to not give out incorrect information, if they had, this entire situation would have been avoided and I wouldn't have wasted my time...

Negative stars if I could. Their communication is not only the WORST in any company I have ever experienced but repeatedly they are DISHONEST about what is ready and WHAT is FILLED. Our insurance has filed FRAUDULENT FILLS! I have spoken directly to someone (Don't hold your breath you will be on hold for no less than THIRTY MINUTES), and we get there, wait in line, and "We can't find your order", "It's not ready". We're talking about Doctor's offices, and insurance providers, all of them have proof of items being confirmed and this place continually lies.
The second piece- the staff is so incredibly rude. I have witnessed and been subjected to it. I have complained to corporate. I have the utmost grace and sympathy for understaffed, but when you are dealing with medicine and people's health there is no reason to be insensitive and blatantly rude and racist.
We moved all our Rx over to Centralia Pharmacy and could not be happier. Our Insurance and doctor's office actually helped us identify that Walgreens pharmacy was BILLING OUR INSURANCE and NOT PROVIDING The medicine to the customer. We were paying "emergency fills" fees.
You've been warned, do not use this Pharmacy for ANYTHING. I am surprised the corporation has not shut this location down with the number of lawsuits and...
Read moreAmanda and Courtney are great. Always had good interactions with them even when get there to pick up prescription that I got 5 messages saying it was ready and get there wait in line for 20 minutes to find out it’s not ready. On the other hand Zack is another story. He is rude and just plain nasty. Called today to see if I could pick up a prescription by 1:00 pm because I was out of medication and left me on hold for 5 minutes and then told me probably not and hung up on me. Had to call back because issue with insurance company and yes I got Zach again. After asking what insurance issues was I asked him if he was having a bad day. Boy was that a mistake. Obviously he was. Normally I would give him a break but this isn’t the first time he’s been very short and just nasty. I got a bit upset and told him if he didn’t like working with the public to get a different job. Sadly I had to call back again and you guessed it I got Zac again! He put me on hold for 8 minutes until someone else took the call. In his defense they are understaffed and overworked but I think this is just his personality! I’m trying to find out what other pharmacies I can go too on my insurance plan! Obviously they don’t need my business. My recommendation is only go to this pharmacy...
