Do not order food here. Lo mein should not have a tossed salad in it. When given the choice to have a vegetable lo mein we were not aware that meant overcooked angel hair pasta and raw tomatoes. When we got home and saw it, we honestly thought it was the wrong order because who calls plain pasta with raw veggies low mein? We called them. Turns out that this is how they make it and they have to warn people about ordering it. It’s not edible. Our sesame chicken wasn’t much better. The sauce has so much salt in it we can’t eat it either. At least it looks like sesame chicken, but It’s over cooked and just plain awful. When we called to see if there was a way to get a replacement order or a refund they said this was just how the food was and that “no one complains about it” so here I am. Complaining. I’m honestly just sad. I got take out so I wouldn’t have to cook. Now that’s $33 dollars down the drain for food my dog isn’t interested in.

I don’t eat Chinese food very often these days because I had it constantly growing up—but I decided to give China Doll a try, and I’m so glad I did! I ordered the Mongolian beef with steamed rice, egg drop soup, and pork pan-fried dumplings. Everything was delicious! The Mongolian beef was tender and flavorful, with a sauce that hit the perfect balance of sweet and savory. The egg drop soup was warm and comforting, just like I remembered from childhood. And the dumplings? Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor—I could’ve eaten a whole tray of them! The portions were generous, the service was quick and friendly, and the food overall had that cozy, nostalgic feel while still tasting fresh and well-made. China Doll definitely brought back good memories and might just bring Chinese food back into my regular rotation. Highly recommend!

The ONLY reason this place is still open is probably due to tourist traffic who want to grab a bite to eat late night. I ordered a large sesame chicken for $16 , chicken wings and fries, and an egg fou young. EVERYTHING besides the chicken wings and fries tasted like beef lo mein! The fries were extra oily. I’m addition, when my order was delivered it came with 1 set of utensils, and the fries from my chicken and fries order was missing. After asking for duck sauce I was given sweet and sour sauces. My friends and I literally through out our food and decided to head to the local gas station for snacks. The only reason I’d give it A star is that the driver and delivery time were spectacular. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I have been living around this area for 6 years now, I don't know what happened but something has changed over the past couple of years, I keep trying to give them a chance, but the food is not the same and most definitely the customer service is not the same.

I placed an order online the beyond menu website, a third party that they supposedly use I just found out, my estimate delivery time was 11:01 p.m. about 5 or 6 minutes later I called to see how far they were away, when suddenly a man who answered the phone said that they never received the order and the ticket did not print out.

I then express my disappointment and told him that I've never experienced this before, I told him things have changed over the past couple of years I don't understand what's going on, long story short, he then cuts me off and says do you want to cancel the order or not?

And then he goes to say if you choose to keep the order we just now received the order as we speak, so we will make it within 20 minutes, so then I told him okay just go ahead and make it but I still wanted to express my disappointment and I feel that I should get compensated, he cuts me off again and says we will make the order for you right away ma'am thank you and have a nice day.

No apology for the inconvenience, no kind of courtesy none whatsoever, just a brush off, and that's when I decided to call this website and tell them to cancel my order I explained everything to the representative named Rosemary she told me they was going to reach out to management and let them know my experience.

She calls me back and says she has good and bad news, good news I will receive my refund within 24 hours, bad news is, the person that I spoke to was the manager so she couldn't even file a complaint with management because that was the manager who spoke to me which have rude customer service.

He explains to her that he only cut me off short because he had other customers in the restaurant placing orders and he was trying to move quickly as possible.

No excuse to be rude, also he could have said I do apologize ma'am for the inconvenience unfortunately we do have a lot of customers here that are placing orders in the restaurant and we will make sure that we will prepare your food and deliver it as soon as possible we do apologize.

Whenever I order food from a restaurant with bad customer service, the food never turns out good, so I'm happy that I decided to cancel the order, and if I do not receive my refund within the 24 hours, I'm going to have to file a complaint and a dispute.

Very...

THIS PLACE DESERVES ZERO STARS [0]- YESTERDAY I WORKED A LONG DAY & WANTED CHINESE FOOD FOR MY FAMILY FOR DINNER. I ORDER A FULL SIZE BEEF & BROCCOLI, FULL CHICKEN FRIED RICE, 2 VEGETABLE EGG ROLLS, & I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE A SMALL CHICKEN FRIED RICE FOR FREE WITH MY ORDER.

HOWEVER, WHEN THE DRIVER ARRIVED AN HOUR LATET HE ONLY HAD A LARGE CHICKEN FRIED RICE & NOTHING ELSE. I ASKED HIM FOR THE REST OF MY FOOD & HE SAID THAT'S ALL THEY HAVE ME I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT! I TOLD HIM ITEMS I WAS MISSING & HE THREW HIS HANDS UP IN THE AIR & WALKED AWAY.

I CALLED BACK & SPOKE WITH YASSIN. HE WAS VERY POLITE & TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD GIVE ME CREDIT FOR TOMORROW. I CALLED TODAY AT 11:45 AM & SPOKE WITH THE MOST NASTIEST RUDE GUY ON THE PLANET. HE TOLD ME THAT HE WASN'T GIVING ME ANYTHING FOR FREE BECAUSE I DIDN'T PAY FOR THE CHICKEN FRIED RICE.

I TOLD HIM THAT I WASN'T ABLE TO PAY BECAUSE THE DRIVER WALKED AWAY & THAT I'D BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO PAY FOR IT TODAY WITH RECEIVING A DISCOUNT FOR THE OTHER ITEMS THAT I DIDN'T RECEIVE. HE SAID NO HE WASN'T DOING THAT. HE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE & VERY OBNOXIOUS. I TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO HIM WHAT HAPPENED & HE KEPT CUTTING ME OFF.

IT'S VERY HARD TO UNDERSTAND THEIR ENGLISH & ESPECIALLY THE DELIVERY GUYS. THEN THEY GET SO UPSET & IMPATIENT BECAUSE YOU CAN'T UNDERSTAND THEM. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN UNLESS THEY APOLOGIZE FOR...

If you like this restaurant, you don't know Chinese food from shoe leather. I'm serious. I ordered twice cooked pork and it was by far the worst twice cooked pork I have ever had. Actually the only thing in it that is in traditional twice cooked pork was the pork. But even that was stretching it, as they used a completely wrong cut of pork.

Every other ingredient in the dish is not an ingredient that is supposed to be in twice cooked pork. Needless to say, it was missing all the crucial ingredients. It tasted nothing like twice cooked pork. And when I say nothing, I mean nothing as in the way steak tastes nothing like cream of broccoli soup.

Even if I give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they were making a different dish, I honestly don't know what that dish would be. A moo goo gai pan ripoff with pork instead of chicken? And preserved bamboo instead of fresh vegetables? Possibly. Except that dish doesn't exist in Chinese cooking.

Whatever it was they thought they were making, I can vividly describe what it tasted like: decayed meat covered by a weak white wine based (as in mostly starch instead of...
