I stayed here after visiting the nearby Hopewell sites. On check-in I was asked if I would like a complimentary upgrade to one of the King 1 bedroom suites and agreed. This room (#604) was in a separate building across from the main building, there were only 5 rooms in this building and only 1 floor (so no one top of you which is a bonus). The suite was very spacious with a large bedroom, living room, small kitchenette and a desk area. There were 2 TV's one in the living room, one in the bedroom. The king size bed was very comfy. The kitchenette was nice - I didn't really need it as I was just staying overnight but it would be good for longer stays. There were a couple pots but no dishes or silverware. The bathroom was pretty small even for a normal room - for such a large suite you would expect the bathroom to be a decent size. The pool looked nice but I didn't end up using it because I would have to walk outside to get back to the main building and it was pretty cold and wet out. There was a good selection at breakfast - eggs, sausage, waffles, cereals, donuts, pastry. Everything tasted good except for the waffles. The staff was very friendly. The location was great because there were several restaurants within walking distance to choose from.

Rooms are noisy and dated. The fridge and the air conditioner were the noisiest I’ve ever had in any hotel room. The TV makes a buzzing noise and there is no elevator, which seems ridiculous. If you want ice, you have to go to the first floor for ice and climb stairs. Imagine my surprise when I brought a wagon in. The pool is nice, but both the pool in the hot tub could be cleaned. There is a ring of dirt. The staff at the front are not friendly. I was not greeted at all. The parking is horrible if you’re gonna do it anytime after 9 PM. The decor is dated, and the curtains are dirty and uneven. The whole place kind of smells like stale cigarette smoke even though they’re supposed to be no smoking. Not impressed. Not for the price.. basically there’s no bugs. I really don’t see myself ever booking here again. By the way, why do they get parking passes when nobody’s enforcing it?? I can’t find a parking place and I have found seven cars with no parking pass.

What a great find , We were traveling from Chicago, and we stayed at the Christopher Inn And Suites. We stayed 3 nights. Let me tell you, the staff are really friendly.Kristen, who we interacted with the most, was great. Pam was awesome! If there is any problem or anything that you need, they will take care of it right away! The Suite we stayed in was clean and quiet! Very Kid friendly ! The pool was amazing ! They are all about safety! They always open the door to the pool area so there will be no messing around! Very clean ! My family loved the hottub ! Especially after a 10 mile trek at Hocking Hills ! The breakfast in the morning was good . I love the waffle maker ! Big fluffy waffles! And the dining area is always kept clean by management! All in all, I give Christopher Inn And Suites a top 10 ! Can not wait to come back to OHIO!

Our experience was phenomenal, even during a mishap. The employees showed my family and me the character of the staff. We arrived stressed and needed to prepare for a wedding in Kingston; Davis and Andrea did all they could to accommodate us to check in early. When we opened the room to our door, we could see some repairs were in progress. Sherry (a team member) was in the building as I entered the room, and she heard my husband say there was a problem. She immediately came to our room to see what was wrong and contacted management. What impressed me was that she began to remove the tools and clean the space to make it safe for my 3-year-old autistic grandson while waiting for a response from management!

Moments later, Andrea and Missy was there with keys for a new suite. We declined because Sherry had already removed the tools and vacuumed the floor. Maintenance came and informed us of the minor repairs and let us know he was willing to come back after checking out if we wanted to keep that room. We were safe and in our clean room in less than 10 minutes because everyone worked as a team to resolve the issue and find other solutions to make us comfortable.

The staff showed us excellence! They were personable, friendly, and best of all, they all worked as a team to ensure our stay was outstanding, and it was just that! The rooms were clean and spacious.

Special thanks to the following staff members for making our stay AMAZING! Andrea, Kristen, Stephanie, Davis, Sherry, and Missy. You all are the definition of a true dream team! Thanks for making our...

The customer service here is the worst I have ever experienced by far!! I specifically booked this hotel because of the pool and hot tub. When I booked the room I told them I was coming in from KY to visit my grandchildren and made sure it was OK for them to Visit me and swim, not stay but to only Visit, they said absolutely. However, that is not what happened. The lady at the desk came into the pool and asked me how many I had with me, I told her, she said this isn't a public pool, ok, they are not staying, they are only visiting me, and I specifically asked if this would be ok before I committed to the room. She said did you go through Expedia, I said absolutely not, I booked straight through your front desk and asked before hand. The true problem is, I believe she got mad at me because I reported Pot smoking the night before and she got mad about it. The hallways were smoked with pot smell coming under our door, these are Non smoking rooms. Since I reported this, we were treated differently. Not to mention the breakfast in the morning that's complimentary, well, it's half stocked because the young girl working it doesn't want to do her job. This is the rudest hotel I have ever stayed in, and I travel for weeks, and months at a time to several around the US. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you want to be treated like dirt swept under...

My husband and I stayed in the honeymoon suite for a night. We havent been out together in 3 years!!! (We have kids) The first thing I noticed was the room looked way better in the pictures they have online than in person. No big deal.. Then we tried to turn on the television and the remote would barely work. we had to actually be in front of the TV because it was a struggle to use it from the bed. It wasn't a big deal to me but it was for my husband... We planned on going out and getting dinner and relaxing when we got back to the hotel... the honeymoon suite has a whirlpool in it! I noticed it was dirty so I got out clorox wipes and wiped it but ended up wiping the whole whirlpool out and the wipes were pretty brown.. so I also wiped out the bathtub with the same result. Lastly the honeymoon suite is located right by the pool... it has a balcony that you can go out on overlooking the pool... We never went out on it. But like I said we were trying to relax and we could hear kids/adults screaming and playing in the pool it was super loud!!!.. it was around 8 p.m. so I asked my husband to call and see when the pool closes.. he did and he was told midnight!! The only thing that we liked was the bed/pillows they were really comfortable plus the towels they were nice also!! But if you are trying to relax and get away from people the honeymoon suite is not a...
