Parking lot needs resurfaced and they need to sign a strong tenant for this shopping center. Need to put a pylon sign along U.S. 35. Ollie’s and American Furniture are the anchor stores. There is room in the parking lot for an outlot. I think an Old Navy would be a great tenant to sign for your shopping center, Landmark. Overall, this shopping center has a lot of potential if it is marketed correctly and continues to be maintained.

I had high hopes for the Shawnee Square Shopping development, when first announced. However we have seen the anchor store change several times over the years. Loads of space, open stores March 2022 include, Ollie's outlet, label shopper, Ohio thrift, Domino's, China House restaurant, cell phone store, physical therapy center ATI, and Centerpoint church where the theatre used to be. American Freight, a video game store, a nail salon, couple of tattoo shops, a vape shop and a couple restaurants offset on the perimeter Bob Evans and IHOP.
