It is fine, but sometimes it will be noisy specially in the evenings and weekend. Some people tenants are not civilized, and will urinate under the stairsAlso the situation with the visitor parking is just plain unreasonable, there are some commercial spaces in the property, which will never ever be leased, but despite that management will not let any one park there, it seems selfish on their part. Everybody parks on the street, parking is terrible, if you have friends and family over. I am requesting since for ever new carpet, they always say no budget for it. I am frustrated about that, when I leased my unit they assured me the carpet was new, but it wasn't 2-3 month in, the dirt spots started to pop up all over. My carpet is disgusting and I am done cleaning it, it is no use anymore! Very disappointing. The rent is not as high as other places, and for a newer apartment complex, price is good. The new management or manager is the worst! My mother has been leaving there 16 years since it first open. And we have never had issues since now. My mom's smoke alarm was beeping for the battery to be replaced for months and they barely came to change it. Her kitchen sink staring backing up yesterday and she call the leasing office to report it and nothing. I called the office to check and they didn't have a work order done for her. Since maintenance leaves at 4pm he couldn't go. My mom is 70 years old for crying out loud and she is making trips to take out the water of her kitchen sink to the bathroom. All they did was take her the phone number to call after hours emergency phone number. When she call this morning to report it. Worst customer service...

This is a beautiful place to live in great views great people well other than the new manager. She is rude and only cares about herself, there’s been a lot of complains about broken things people breaking in and the only response she gives u is “that’s not my problem” well then why did u become manager. She closed down OUR parking space out front just for a small complain because of this people’s cars have been broken into and towed. Plz I don’t recommend living here unless this...
