Tiajuana Food Court — Restaurant in Chula Vista

Worst place to eat ordered on the phone waited outside my wife went in to pay and they took the money no problem. Kept going inside to ask for our order and they said it’s the third ticket in. After seeing people walking in and ordering and eating and other people picking up food we waited outside for a hour 30 min and nothing as we got over it and decided to ask for our money back there were 3 other customers waiting for hours also asking for their money back. I understand restaurants get busy but the waiters there and the people taking the order feel so entitled. Asked then all about my order with receipt in hand and they just walk pass you I caugh there attention and they said you gotta wait 20 min later I go inside and the same waiters there think they are so fine so they don’t gotta answer to no one worst customer service the one star does not mean anything it was only to be able to order. Asked to speak to a manager no where to be found all the sudden no one speaker English or Spanish. Over 50$ in food this is the second time there and had the same issue. DISORGANIZED!!!!! Inside this place there are two taco shops; El Poblano & El Cacho. The problem is they serve certain food items in one line and certain food items in the other. They dont tell you which line serves what. I spent 20 minutes in the wrong line! They need to have employees helping out with this or better signage. Another thing they got wrong is they put up a bar directly near the front door. I don't mean a bar with drinks. Its basically a high table with no chairs where you can stand and eat your food. I don't want to stand and eat my food! Not unless I'm outside. Lots of people who came in thought the bar was the line to order. In fact, no one was eating there. People were waiting for their orders there as was I. Another thing, music was soo loud I couldn't hear or talk to the lady who put my order together. Couldn't ask her what kind of hot sauce she had, there were 5 different kinds. There's lots of places to get tacos in San Diego. Why go here? This place turn worst by the day the attitude starts it all I've been going here for at least a year and every single time it's the same not sure if that's the way they run business but I've never wanted to put a bad review because it's not the type of person I am to put other people down or make them look bad but I feel force to post this today.....not to mention I order by the phone and every single type I have food to go they always hold out with something as well I order a specific thing and they always somehow give the opposite for example today I ordered a shrimp and octopus coctel and it was only shrimp like is my money not worth the other protein I wanted does it really save you product doing costumer like that or what is the deal really really bad experience I would understand if one day the cashier or server was 8n a bad mood and having a bad day and made a mistake with the order but to have all these every single time that say alot about the management team running this place so i will say wack axx fxxck and really unprofessional so I will come back and better get a refund...
