This place has good food. You can order from either side doesn't matter if your ordering seafood or burros de Asada.

It's a one star review now.. they keep messing up the order. When I confronted them, there reply to me was silly. Experience: There has been several times I go and they get my order wrong. Even after I say no to something like cheese. Note: Make sure to be very specific when ordering your food. Once you order they will yell out your name, so be attentive. Updated post: Just came back and what do you know, they got by order wrong again.. I told them " a burro with ONLY guacamole nothing else" but they added cheese to it again.. 🤦‍♂️ according to them you have to verbally say everything you don't want in it.. So instead of saying " give me a Taco with only guacamole nothing else on it" you will have to say.. "give me a Taco with no silantro, no cheese, no lettuce etc". While this may be the only good mariscos place in the mira mesa area. It is definitely not worth the wait. I called ahead to place an order and was told that food would be ready in 20 min. So I arrived in 15 min to pay and get all the sides ready for my food. Well 25 minutes past the original 20 min quoted time I was still standing there waiting for my food. So what's the point in calling ahead in ordering your food and getting a quoted time. And I wasn't the only person that waited for long extensive times for their food. After getting my food and hurrying out of there as my lunch time was ending i go open the bag obly to see that there was no utensils to eat my shrimp cocktail and making sure i asked while i got my food if there was spoons in there and having the girl there tell me yes youre good everything is in there. Very disappointing service and quality. I went in person around 11am to order ahead for lunch at 12pm, I paid ahead and was told my order would be ready at the scheduled time. When I arrived at noon they didn't have my order ready and I had to wait about 15 minutes until everyone in front of me was served although I had ordered and paid ahead. I was told they didn't want to make them ahead of time so it wasn't cold by the time I picked it up, which basically made ordering ahead useless. I would not have minded the 15 minute wait any other day, but since I only have a 30 min lunch, it's half of my lunchtime. Quality was also very disappointing, I work across the street and by the time I got to my workplace to eat, the tortillas were cold and stiff 😭
