I have not been getting good vibes from this place the last few times I've come here.
I have been coming here since it first opened and have spent thousands of dollars here. When I moved back from Colorado a few years ago I was a regular customer. I used to really like the place.
Lately I feel like the staff maintain kind of a cliqueish attitude with some people, but then treat others in a weird way like we aren't a part of the club so our business isn't as important. Some of the people working there come off pretentious, rude, arrogant. Many do not seem to know much about kratom either, which is weird cuz their job is pretty easy and they would have time to do some research.
I was told outright misinformation by a staff member, whom I believe to have been the owner. I'm not the argumentative type though so I just ignored it because I don't like to try and correct people that come off certain with information because "it's easier to fool someone than to convince them they've been fooled." and I just didn't even want to bother. I felt like they wouldn't have listened.
My last 2 visits there I felt like prices of my usual product had gone up, and the quality had gone down on the chewable tablets. Just being honest.
I felt like my last visit that the staff member did not want my friends and I there. I asked if we could purchase drinks and sit for a while. There was nobody else there and we had been walking all day. The staff member said we couldn't stay for longer than 10 minutes. They acted rude and almost incoherent as if we were interrupting their space with our existence. It was such a rude and weird vibe that I do not think I will be returning. We would have spent a lot more $ there, but we just left to go to a cafe. I kind of get the feeling none of the staff or owner would care about any of this.
There used to be a guy that worked there all the time that was really cool and seemed to know his stuff. He would toss me extra chewables for being a regular and spending a lot of my hard earned trimming and organic farming money I earned while traveling out west.
I've since fallen on hard times and kind of get the feeling that because I'm a traveling gypsy "street person" or whatever you want to call it, that I'm not longer welcome in this shop. I can't drop $500 a visit anymore. It's a shame. I remember and reward good service. My dharma is my integrity and compassion. I wish you would hire someone more down to earth with a warm and patient heart. I get this is a tourist trap, but all lives are equally important and deserving...

Today I ordered a delivery order and the person took down my order and gave me a 45minute delivery window. Not only did they go to the wrong place and then call me and tell me they sent me the total and it was $10 more than the day before when I ordered the same thing this is the 3rd occasion when I have been told a price more than it should be it almost seems intentional at this point so when I sent a breakdown of what the total should be the person called me back (now past the 45 minutes that it was suppose to be here) and explained that they made a mistake and gave me almost 2 pounds of kava instead of a half pound so their just going to charge me for one even though this is double the price of what I ordered and when I asked about my 3 canned drinks I also ordered the girl said she didnāt hear me order them that she could add it making it clear NO ONE HAD EVEN LEFT YET wonāt be...
