i am very fond of tiger tea and have been going for four years and its always been great. i went in yesterday around 5 and was expecting a normal experience but i really just dont want to walk in there again. i went in and the girl working was sitting in the back, and i hadnt seen her before so i kinda figured she was a little newer but like maybe i just always miss her when i come in. the whole time she was staring at me with this uncomfortable amount of hatred and i felt like i just ruined her life. i got up to the counter and i started trying to order and she immediately interrupts me and tells me that im ordering wrong and that im just confused (? its the same thing i order every time and the exact same phrasing i read off the menu? like have i just been doing it wrong this whole time???) she showed me the little example drinks and i pointed at which one i wanted, and she was talking to me like i was an idiot and like i didnt know what i wanted. she asked if i wanted to put in my phone number and make an account so i said sure. she pulled up my account and seemed surprised that i had a bunch of points stored up already and i got five dollars off (yay) she then went to make my drinks and started yelling at me about ice and when i got uncomfortable she just kept yelling more questions at me and i got so nervous i did not know what to tell her. she then made me the wrong drinks and i didnt know what to tell her so i just took it and left. :( i really like tiger tea and angel was always so sweet and she was so friendly all the time, i would walk in and she would already be making my drink, she was so cool. sheyly is so cool and her drinks always have the taste of love in them and she is so sweet, and mackenzie was so amazing and made the best oolong tea ive ever had there, but i just had a really bad experience there this one time and am genuinely afraid to go back because of that...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI stopped in at this location for the first time recently, and unfortunately I was a little disappointed with the service. As someone new to bubble tea and all the different flavors, I approached the front register, deciding to try a simple milk tea, seeing as it was my first time. Another girl got to work making my drink, so I opt to ask the blonde girl at the register a few questions about the flavors. Ignore. I think for a moment, okay maybe she didn't hear me. Let me try again. Ignored again. In fact, she was busy openly on her phone. The girl making my drink came up and helped me. I don't know any names, I wish I'd asked, but that is such an incredibly disrespectful way to treat a paying customer, especially when I hadn't said anything to warrant such behavior. That kind of attitude will turn guests right...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThey obviously have some opening pains. Very slow and the cashier was learning the system and kindof abrupt/rude.
The person making the drinks had a mask on, but below the nose so that's basically like not having a mask on... Safety serving food/drinks should be a top priority.
Despite that the drinks were tasty, but on the pricy side.
I was also disappointed that they chose to serve their regular/friend first ahead of us making the wait even longer.
Hopefully as they get into the swing of things they will get faster/nicer and put safety as a priority. At the price point it will be a sometimes treat instead of a regular place I...
