There is nothing more frustrating when you wait in line for 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee and you don’t even get to drink it.
This morning my husband and I went to this Starbucks to grab me a coffee. I got the same thing i get every morning - a venti Carmel Macchiato no foam. Now I know that anytime I order this they are never going to taste same for whatever reason but they usually are at least tolerable. This morning was anything but that.
I get my coffee and for what ever reason there is coffee spilling out of it from every where it seems. After examining it, it appears that they over filled it - which shouldn’t complain about besides the fact I had it all over me and my outfit ( and I was headed to a function with no way to change). When they handed to me I noticed it was super hot too. Which should be a good thing right - wrong. After holding for over an hour, because it was still too full to set it in a cup holder and it not spill more, it is almost cooled down enough to try to take a sip.
In my mind I was so ready for this first sip - I worked so hard to hold it and balance it to not spill on me. Get that first sip only to throw it away after only one sip. The coffee had such a burned taste that I couldn’t even manage to take another drink. I immediately found the first gas station threw it away and got gas station coffee because I needed something to get the horrible burnt taste out of my mouth.
To top it all off I paid more for this cup than I ever do at the other locations. I literally go to the Starbucks not even 5 minutes down the road every morning and they are $0.13 cheaper than this location.
This Starbucks needs a major evaluation and retraining. Don’t waste your time in the line. There is one literally on every exit down 24 - go to another one!

Read moreCoffee is the same you will get at any other Starbucks, so the two stars are for continuity. The service at this location is a adequate at best. Typically it is poor.
The drive through takes longer than average. The person will typically clear your order on the screen asap, and you are told your total at the window.
The counter has a "what do you want, here you go :| " attitude. My daughter spilt her milk box. I was down on the floor cleaning it up with no offering of help by employees that were chatting (no customers). I felt bad using 1/2 despensor of napkins, however I didn't after watching an employee walk out with a mop to mop by the front doors, ignoring me.
Parking is a headache as I believe there are more tables inside and outside than there are available spaces. You have the choice between a tight U-turn to enter it, a sudden right, or cut off everyone by entering on the bank side.
I have been here frequently up until recently where I waited 20 minutes in the drive through over their inability to ask people to pull ahead to an empty spot and wait for their large orders or remade drinks. i would've left the drive if I wasn't trapped between the Starbucks building and the bank.
I would recommend going to the Kum & Go next to this location and buy a ready made Starbucks drink there or a cup of coffee. Save yourself a few dollars...

I order the same drink when I go to any locaton and I was in the drive through when I was told that they don't make the drink like that. When I said I'd ordered it plenty of times but it was okay and that I'd just take it plain Paige was rude and sarcastic. Saying "they'll try their best" but it basically won't work. I was very dissatisfied with her lack of coustomer communication and job enthusiasm. Pretty sure Starbucks can make the drink anyway within reasonable request. Went in again today at the same location to get my drink this time apologizing for the difficult order smiling and trying to be positive after feeling uncomfortable last time and still got attitude. Then got to hear Annie the cashier talking to the girl who makes the drink sounding annoyed trying to explain how I want the drink made. And when she offered my drink over I said thank you and smiled and she just walked away and kept on as if I wasn't there. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
