My family and i were staying one night in this hotel for the Blue Angels air show. I’m thankful all we did was sleep here because the room was one of the worst I’ve stayed at in a while. If i wouldn’t have seen the name of the hotel, i would have thought it was a run down motel on the side of the road. We paid nearly $300 for a king suite room. The room was HUGE, but there was nothing in it but a bed, a pull out couch, and a table in the middle of the room. The blinds were janky. The shower faucet was about to fall off the wall and it was stuck in the shower position— you couldn’t take a bath. We brought our toddler and hoped to do bath time before bed, and that wasn’t possible.

While showering, the shower curtain wouldn’t close on either side because the rod was one of the curved ones (to give you more space) but it was curved downward, forcing the curtain to gather in the middle, leaving water splashing out on either side.

With the amount of water that was coming out of the shower, the floor was sopping wet within minutes, the door was wet, warped and losing its paint.

The table in the middle of the room looked like it had been chewed on by a dog. There was no soap at the sink in the room and the carpet was sticky.

I wouldn’t have been upset at the poor quality of the room had we not paid an arm and a leg. It didn’t seem right to pay so much for such a unkept room. It truly felt like a corporate conference room with a bed.

The guest women’s bathroom in the lobby was under repair, but was still operable. It was in poor shape and was sketchy and unsafe. The soap dispenser and some other items were on the counter.

The best part of our stay was the hotel room was so big, my son ran in circles around in the...

Well where do I begin with this place. Being a Hilton grand vacation owner I was quite disappointed in this hotel. When we first arrived they only had one luggage cart available for use. My girlfriend and I were on a 10 day excursion in Colorado. So we had quite a bit of stuff. So next we kept our room private for a couple of days. Then we decided to let the hotel cleaning crew clean our room. Boy was that a mistake. They eneded up damaging my girlfriends cpap machine hose. If you don't know what that is its a machine used for people with sleep apnea. We did not get back to the room that day until super late. That's when we found out the hose had been damaged and wasn't able to hold pressure. So my girlfriend had to sleep that evening with out it. Now they were able to correct the issue.. One of their employees happened to have a hose and gave it to us out of his personal stuff. Which thank goodness he had one. Yet in my opinion this should have been the hotel's responsibility not their employee. The dining area had so much water damage it was quite disgusting and disappointing coming from a Hilton associated hotel. The only reason I gave them a 3 star was because the employee went above and beyond. They would have received a 1 star had it not been for that one employee. The Hilton company should be ashamed to call this one of...

We stay at Hampton Inns all the time when we travel and this one is not up their usual good standards. I don't write many reviews, but I need to do this one. It took the shuttle 45 minutes to arrive and I called when our plane touched down & was told it would be 15 minutes. (airport is 5 miles away). When I called back after 20 minutes, I was told the driver needed gas. (our place arrived at 9:45pm). Room 106 (suite) is very large but the room smelled, felt damp and the shower did not work. The plunger in the faucet you pull up to operate shower was stuck and faucet was loose. We thought it would come off the wall if we pulled too hard. I asked for a set of sheets for pull out for kids, and the sheets were damp. The buffet breakfast wasn't hot and the best was the last juice dispenser being labeled "no juice". I thought it was broken. When I saw a guy dispense water from it, I thought, why didn't the sign just say "water". There was no other water dispenser. You had to go the gym and use the dispenser in there if you wanted water. If I need to stay in Colorado Springs near the airport again, I will stay at the Marriott. Like I said, we always stay at Hampton Inns but this one needs a lot of work. The staff was very pleasant but it's not worth...

There was mold on the bathroom walls and it seemed like everything in the room was broken. The only good thing about this place was the customer service/greeter desk. The owner clearly doesn’t care about the appearance of the hotel or has run out of money for upkeep. Here is why I wouldn’t recommend this hotel: 1. Black mold(?) on bathroom wall 2. Flickering light in bathroom 3. Broken drawer next to side table would not stay shut and you could tell it had been hot glued back together 4. Door to bathroom would not stay ajar and would block the exit unless you kept the door shut 5. Bedsheets seemed like twin-size sheets for a queen/full. They were too small for the bed 6. The AC unit cover fell off at one point and I had to put it back on 7. The pull down shade to the window looked awful and torn on the edges 8. No real closet space, you put your clothes behind a curtain 9. The desk was beat up 10. No microwave 11. Brown marks/smudges on bathroom mirror 12. Breakfast was average. All the bananas were completely green/underripe

The entry way is absolutely disgusting, the welcome mat looks as if its never even seen a vacuum cleaner. The breakfast was ice cold when I tried to speak to the lady doing breakfast she told me to WAIT! It was already 0730 at this point. Front desk clerk looks untidy wrinkled top and sloppy. The pool was ridiculous, it's a small area yes but the hot tub hardly works the ceiling in the pool area is peeling and feels ghetto, there was groups of men hanging out in the pool area not swimming definitely uncomfortable feeling. With this hotel being near the academy is so disheartening to think our men and woman in service even dear to stay here. This has been the worst Hampton inn I've ever stayed in. I brought guest with me and I was so embarrassed I had choose this hotel.
