So. This is what being a Wyndham Rewards Platinum member gets you here. I wasn't expecting much but this is ridiculous. First off I was charged 100 dollar deposit, for a room that has nothing in it. No phone. No clock. No microwave. No chairs, no desk , and a small table, but again, no chairs. I had to bring a camp chair I had in my truck in to be able to sit and eat. I then proceeded back to the desk to make sure it was noted there was nothing in the room, and the response was "Oh really?" Rather than, "Would you like another room?" I was too tired to deal with it so I walked away, rather than lose my temper. Calling Member Services on a bit, and getting a refund. Thank God I used reward points instead of money to book this. Won't have to deal with my credit card company, unless they try to pull a fast one with the deposit, and say I took a non existent item. Addendum: Just discovered, while the TV works, there's no way to change the channel. There is a box hanging off the wall by a short cable, and that's it. The remote does nothing when I aim it at it, and it doesn't even look like a standard Xfinity box, which is what I assume I have here because the remote (which is taped together) is an Xfinity remote Update: They playing funny with the deposit also. Hadn't seen it show up by Thursday (checked out Sunday) so I called. They hadn't even begun to process it. My bank app sent me a notification while I was on the call that a pending refund had posted. They also ran it like a purchase, rather than a hold, so that's fishy too, especially since it cleared the next day. Possible intent to defraud? You be the judge, just read the other reviews.

Just going to start this out with a TLDR: DON’T DO IT. You may think, how bad can it be for that price? The answer is you will regret it, you don’t have to trust me though I bring receipts for my claims. We checked in and went to the room. Immediately the carpet has at least 32 flavors of different kinds of stains. The comforter had a weird stain on it. There were square shapes on the wall outlining where art used to hang. The bathroom floor was disgusting. I only took my shoes off to climb in the bed deemed least gross. There were chips in the toilet, burns in the carpet and comforter. Anything that should have been white was an off white color indicating it was either stained or not effectively cleaned. One of the most basic things needed in every room, towels, were not in the room and we had to ask the attendant to bring us some which took around 10 minutes. Our room was directly across from the lobby. Then, when asked for the Wi-Fi password, it took him another 10 minutes to go find a small slip of paper with the info on it. The speed test we ran once connected showed 2-5 mb download speed, so it was effectively useless . The air conditioner was literally broken but still kind of worked… and last but not least, the smoke alarm had the batteries removed. I would highly recommend anyone looking into potentially staying here to immediately reconsider and RUN in the opposite direction. If I could give it less than one star I definitely would.

Wow. Just... wow. First off, we arrive and the hotel reeks of weed and cigarette smoke despite being nonsmoking. The woman at the front was unwelcoming and short with us. We went up to our room and we were immediately greeted by a strange odor. That doesnt surprise me, because upon closer inspection of the hotel room it was DISGUSTING. Everything was in some state of disrepair, there were crumbs and gross stuff on the floor, the comforter had weird brown stains and multiple cigarette burns on it. There was no fire alarm, in fact it seemed as if the fire alarm system had been gutted. There was one towel and one wash cloth, no shampoo or conditioner, and a quarter of a roll of toilet paper. We looked in the air conditioner and there was weird white gunk stuck up in it. The carpet was covered in burn marks. We stayed for no more than 2 hours before we decided we couldnt take it anymore and contacted who we booked the hotel through. We were only given one night refund, they still charged us for 1 night despite only being there for 2 hours. When we went to check out the lady at the desk seemed like she couldnt wait for us to leave. Her name started with a C. I am disgusted and appalled and honestly think that Wyndham should know about the state of this hotel that their name is on. Do not stay here.

This hotel as a whole has a terrible stench that had me pretty hesitant walking in. The girl working at the front desk was not friendly at all. Seemed annoyed that we were there interrupting her after noon. Struggled a minute to find our reservation, but eventually gave us our key. Upon getting upstairs we found our room had it's own unique aroma that hit you in the face when you opened the door. The level of cleanliness was appalling! There was a huge wad of gum stuck to the post of the headboard. Another wad of gum that I stepped in while trying to do my hair in front of the room mirror. More gum was shoved into one of the electrical outlets in the room. There were stains, holes, and burn marks in the comforters on the beds. I didn't even dare pull back the sheets to inspect further. We went and purchased sheet to protect ourselves from the beds. The floors had little trash pieces and gunk all over them, in addition to large disgusting stains. Walls were all filthy. The one chair in the room had nasty residue from multiple sources. The hairdryer in the bathroom was broken and the mesh over the fan part was smashed in (I would consider this an obvious fire hazard). My daughter went to ask if they had a working dryer for us to use, and the desk atttendant was of no help saying "yeah we don't have any working hair dryers, we'll look at it tomorrow" My daughter also went to fill up the ice container to find out that their ice machine is not working (surprise surprise) and was told that if we wanted ice we had to venture across the parking lot to an adjacent Super 8 Motel and get ice from their machine. The shower curtains were ripped, and only bars of soap were provided. There were no hand towels, and only 2 bath towels which we used to coat the bathroom floor which was disgusting and hazardous. The grout between the tiles is all cracked out and missing in most areas, and there is moisture that seems to be leaking from the sink piping as there is black mold growing on the tiles directly under it and it was wet before we ever turned on the sink. The mounts/hardware between the two beds (for hooking them together) was covered by the bed skirts and both my teenagers ran into them with their shins! My kids basically played "everything is lava" as they didn't want to touch the bed or floor, and would make a barrier with our beach towels and blankets. My 6 year old was so grossed out and traumatized that she refused to sleep at the hotel and begged our friends that live locally to let her spend the night with them, which she did. Breakfast was a huge disappointment, we got downstairs to find all the yogurt was gone, there were no spoons to eat with, the cereal dispenser was broken as I witnessed a grown man struggled to turn the dial, and watched as the cereal sifted out the bottom in an almost flour consistency. The hot water dispenser wasn't working, so the lady who was working the front desk had to bring us individual cups of hot water for my kids to have oatmeal. My daughter struggled to eat her cereal with her fingers while we waited for the front desk attendant to track down spoons. This woman that was working the front desk was much nicer than the girl we met when we arrived, and she was quick to try and remedy things for us (at least as well as she could with the circumstances and resources available to her). After breakfast we decided to try and take advantage of the pool & hot tub to get something good out of our stay. My son had gone to check it out the evening before and said it looked relatively clean. My son said the chlorine was making his eyes sting and his throat itch. I didn't personally see it, but my son said there was a bunch of black/brown crumbly stuff at the bottom of the pool (from not vacuuming or perhaps the coating or floor of the pool is peeling/chipping up?) so he was only in there for a few moments before checking out the hot tub. The hot tub was luke warm and eventually I just wanted to go shower because I felt gross. On my way back up to our room I crossed paths with the custodial staff who were SWEEPING the carpeted stairs. No wonder our room carpet looked so disgusting...which we found an old pendant pin on the floor. Luckily my kids didn't step on it. But OBVIOUSLY the carpet has not be vacuumed in a good while. I can honestly say this is the worst hotel I have EVER stayed at and I can't believe they haven't been shut down for health...

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I EVER HAD SUCH AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE! I failed to read the reviews, which was my mistake. Big mistake. But it was late and I just wanted a bath, a swim and a bed. When I checked in I was told the pool was closed, which was one of the reasons I had booked here. I was going to let that slide but then I was given a dirty room, the linens were stained, there was no mattress protector or pillow covers, the mirrors were filthy, the floor had clearly not been mopped, the ac didn't work properly, there were no screens on the windows (was on the 2nd floor and was traveling with my dog), there was no security latch on the door, the coffee pot was missing the filter basket, the light right inside the door didn't work, there was food left in the fridge from the prior guest, there were no wash clothes or hand towels and the one bath towel and bath mat that were there were so stained that they didn't look clean at all. The phone didn't work to call the front desk and there were bugs in some of the corners of the floor. After being told I had to pay the $20 pet fee in cash, that they couldn't charge my card bc I had booked through a 3rd party website, and when I told the lady at the desk I would have to bring it back she hesitated checking me in, so I offered to leave my license until I paid the pet fee. After realizing I had to run to the ATM, I had asked the morning desk clerk for my id back (so I wasn't driving without my license on my person which is required by law that you have with you) and the lady refused, acting as though I was trying to get out of paying the fee. She said "why should I trust you, I have no reason to trust you, it's not my problem if something happens, it's yours." I told her she had all my information so why shouldn't she trust me. I also tried to explain the issues I had to deal with regarding the room (I was informed that she was the manager) and all she cared about was that I hadn't paid the pet fee yet. She was extremely rude and disrespectful and could care less that I had such an awful experience at her establishment. I will never stay here again!!! I would rather sleep on a sidewalk than ever step foot in this dump again! The only good thing about this place is Jami and the gal that was kind enough to bring me fresh linens and cleaning supplies. They should get jobs elsewhere. I PROMISE YOU, YOU ARE BETTER OFF PAYING 40 BUCKS FOR A CAMPSITE OR SLEEPING ON A BENCH OR IN A PARKING LOT SOMEWHERE THAN PAYING TO...

The only reason this place is getting even one star is because the night attendant was extremely polite, helpful, and professional and the hot tub was actually decent aside from the smell. However; the pool is at least below freezing, and you can’t swim without fear of getting hypothermia. The whole place smells like cigarettes, the mattress covers have copper/greenish blood stains, the couch, lamp shades and curtains all have cigarette burn holes in them, and the room was cleaned so incorrectly that I found a baby toy when I moved the curtains. I have no children. When checking out the morning attendant was very unprofessional, when returning my keys and telling her I was checking out, she barely looked up from her computer screen and mumbled “okay have a nice day”. I then left to finish putting my things in the car and came back to inquire about my deposit, she spent about 5 mins at the computer singing Spanish music before getting up and telling me she would be right back. She then left, went up the stairs and spent at LEAST 10 mins inside the room; (I always make sure to fold the towels and bundle the covers and sheets so the maids don’t have to clean up after me too much) so I was confused as to what was taking so long. The attendant then proceeds to come back and tell me she cannot give me my deposit back because there is ash and tobacco inside the cans INSIDE of the trash we bagged up, I know for a fact that myself nor my girlfriend smoke any type of tobacco products, so we then explained the cigarette holes we reported when checking in and she said she was aware that those were there but the smell of cigarette smoke takes awhile to clean out so she had to keep the deposit. AGAIN, neither myself or my girlfriend smoke any tobacco products or ever have. So just make sure if you’re thinking about staying here, to have EVERYTHING already wrong with your...
