Clean, mostly comfortable beds, kitchen has everything you need, if not ask the front desk and they will provide. The kitchenette in the queen double has a large fridge dishwasher, good size sink microwave. An induction hob is available upon request. Landry machines on-site for an additional fee for each machine dryer and soap. Overall if you're going to another place from here laundry is worth it. There is a supermarket nearby though if you want to save money on snacks laundry soap, and anything else you may want. Even though it's by the airport I never ever heard a plane. Hot regular and decaf coffee and hot water with condiments available 24/7 in the lounge breakfast area. Breakfast comes with room. There are, bagels, biscuits, other breads and some danishes, eggs, bacon, sausages and vegan options, cereal yogurt, bananas, apples and oranges. The workout room is pretty big, has three treadmills into ellipticals as well as weights and other items. The pool is small but there is also a hot tub. The pool is completely indoors so great if it's cold or rainy. There's also a fire pit and seating area outside. Overall I would stay here again. There are a lot of hotels in the areas with kitchens if that's what you want. The photos don't do the rims Justice that they look nicer than the images show. I probably would try a few others just to be able to compare in the area if I was ever coming back. The only reason why I didn't get a five-star was I could hear the neighbors above us running around. Once I called the front desk about it they did handle it. The location seems great for being next to the airport but not if you want to do...
Read moreWe chose this hotel because of its proximity to Peterson Air Force base. The hotel is almost new and everything inside was in excellent condition. Our room on the 3rd floor was quiet and very spacious (except for our final night when someone walked noisily around the room above us for an hour). It had a kitchenette with everything you would need (full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, dishes, bowls and silverware). The large TV swiveled so that it could easily be watched from bed or the sofa. The bathroom had plenty of counter space and a large walk-in shower. The only negative with the bathroom is that when the door was open, it somewhat interfered with access to the toilet. If the toilet had been placed a few inches further from the shower, it would have been a better layout. The included breakfast had a good selection of items, plenty of seating and a great selection of items to top your waffle and oatmeal. My wife was disappointed that they didn’t have sausage patties, but hey offered sausage sandwiches (bagels with sausage and cheese and bagels with sausage, egg, and cheese). A second waffle maker would likely have reduced wait times for that item during the...
Read moreReally clean rooms, friendly and nice front desk staff, large rooms as well.
So originally we booked a king suite in the Radisson with our 2 dogs, ones a service dog, the other isn't, and they tried to give us a downgrade to a really dirty king room while trying to convince us that it was an upgrade. And they told us that since we "booked with really good rates" that the price wouldn't matter. Which it definitely does... anyways, we checked the room and it was filthy so I canceled, called chase travels and rebooked this hotel. Then my husband went in to get the name of the lady who did the refund and someone tried to tell us that we should say both our dogs are service dogs but I'm not about that lying life.
Upon entering, it was a whole 180 feeling from what we experienced with the Radisson. The front desk staff here are super sweet, friendly, knowledgeable, non judgemental and helpful and they didn't make me feel weird. We're in the process of moving right now so I look like a homeless person. I felt extremely judged at the Radisson due to my appearance.
10/10 would recommend.
Literally even the other hotel guests seem better here. Birds of a...
