Checked in and was given room 310. Initially my party noticed that the security latch was hanging on by one screw. I notifed the front desk and she was helpful (manager) and said she would move us rooms, great! We got moved across the hall to 309 but that room was not good either. The curtains over the windows were torn up and had cigarette burns on them. The beds were uneven and very worn out. In the bathroom there was one bath towel with what appeared to look like blood. With this being the second room now my party and I were unsatisfied and did not want to stay there. We contacted the choice hotels hotline and filed a complaint. They tried calling the hotel but the manager left for the day and they advised to call back in the morning when the manager was in. Called back the second day to the customer relations line and they said the hotel would refund our second night which is good but would not refund the first day. Their reasoning, from the manager, was that we were in the hotel for too long. We were there approximately 2 hours. In that time we were switched rooms and we spent the rest of the time on hold trying to see what our options were. We ended up checking out and going to a new hotel. It would be nice to get my money back for the first night seeing as we did not stay the night there.

Really great location, pleasantly surprised, I found the sheets to be clean, rates to be as reasonable as I’ve seen most places in the springs, wonderful vibe, really nice staff. This place gave me refuge when I had no place to go after a pipe burst in my regular place of residence, so happy.

As all the other reviews say the beds suck plus they keep the plastic on it. Only 2 pillows for 2 people. Not really clean at all. The room is poorly maintained as quick fix and leave it alone customer service. At the desk really sucked no real help like your bothering them for coming in

Stayed there unfortunately a little over a month-Had no choice because they were what we could afford. We wanted to stay at the Extended Stay but just couldn't afford the rates😕/ The General Mgr is Nice & can tell she tries to run the place professionally but she's not there all the time, She was there once or twice a week. Overall she have a couple of nice front desk workers, But it's 1 that wears her Hair w/Purple Highlights But She Changes her Hair Color & Hairstyle Alot. She's the Assist Mgr & She's RUDE! She Always seemed Stressed Out w/ a Bad Attitude! Her Whole Demeanor I didn't like & I tried to Avoid going to the Front Desk whenever SHE was working but i was always Polite. So It was a Couple of Male guests that basically "Live" there that made me feel uncomfortable. But 1 guest who was (Always High) wld watch me from his room window & knew when i was coming in & out the Hotel; He wld always make it where he wld "coincidentally" run into me when i was going on or off the Elevator. This happened about 3 to 4 times. 2 of the times he wld get off the Elevator & wld just linger in the Hallway to watch to see "What room I was staying in!" This made me very uncomfortable & was creepy. So for awhile I didn't say anything about these things until I was coming from the grocery store & this same guy ended up in the Elevator w/me again! I got off the Elevator & he did this same thing, just stood there in the Hallway to see what room i was going to; But this time I turned the tables..I started walking towards him w/the phone to my ear & he immediately walked the opposite direction & went into "His" room. He was sharing a room with Multiple Guys i could see as they all started peeking out 1 by 1 ( behaving like some high school guys) So this time I had a Room Number! But i still didn't say anything about this Until the very next day I went to my car & there was Writing on My Windshield! / The fact that Someone staying there went as far as actually going to My Car..Touching My Car...Writing "Smiley Faces" on 2 Areas of my Windshield! Talking about being Creeped Out!? So after that incident..I immediately told a different Nicer front desk worker, I actually asked her to come with me to my car & i showed her the "Writing" on my car that happened from one of the occupant(s) staying there at the Roadway Inn. / I told her that someone had touched my car & wrote Creepy Smiley Faces on the Windshield & I asked her "if it was anyway they could find out who did this??" I told her "this made me feel uncomfortable!" I told her "that i almost was feeling uncomfortable to come out of my room now!" / This Front Desk Worker told me she wld let the "Assist Mgr" ( the Rude 1 that Changes her Hair Alot) know what happened & she told me she wld be the only 1 who cld actually check the camera to see who touched my car by writing on the windshield. She asked me "What day did this happened?" I told her the day & this particular Co-Worker then showed me that she was writing a Note to the Assist Mgr. I thanked her & this Front Desk Worker agreed that it was a Creepy thing to happen! She kept reassuring me she wld make sure to write the Assist Mgr a Message in the login book to "Please check the Hotel Parking Lot Camera"/ So i waited almost a week & No 1 ever contacted me! I waited a couple more days to see if the Asst Mgr wld call my room..nope never did./ So I made a point to go to the front desk to tell the Front Desk Worker who witnessed the writing on my car that i haven't received a follow up or anything yet from the Asst Mgr/ So i decided to Talk to the Asst Mgr Myself & I told her what happened to my car & that Her Co-worker told me that she left her a note regarding what happened & I just needed the Hotel to please check their Camera on the Date I told them this happened!?" Man! The Look she gave me! I mean Major Attitude! She Didn't Wanna help me! Her Co-worker told me she said "It's nothing that "WE" can do about it!" / I HIGHLY DISAGREE WITH MY SAFETY CONCERNS BEING DISMISSED! LADIES BE AWARE OF YOUR SAFETY...

This one star would be negative if it was possible. First off I will start off by saying I am a choice hotels employee. Have worked for choice hotels for 3 years. I know there are different levels of choice hotels, Rodeway Inns being towards the more budget friendly vs luxury.

My family and I stayed at this hotel on a Friday night, was a cheaper price yes but I still expected alot more than what we payed for. Our boys (7,3 and 6 months) were very excited to swim in the pool and eat breakfast in the morning. After check in we saw the pool was down for "remodel" and by the looks of it for a long time. When we got in our room, we checked it for cleanliness. And really had no complaints. Later that night there was tons of yelling, loud talking and many other disturbances. Many homeless people were coming up and down the stairs all night doing laundry right next to our room!! We are sure drug dealing aand prostitution were prominent as well. People smoking in the hallways and stair wells, (this was suppose to be a non smoking hotel) loud music in the parking lot all night long and several apperences by city police. After a long night of no sleep. We began our morning. Well sometime over night our fridge quite working, allowing our food to go bad... Our sink had leaked over night all over all of our shoes!!!!! Breakfast was a joke. Waffles, stale doughnuts (our 3 year old wouldn't touch) dry cereal, bananas, and coffee. After breakfast my husband went to let the manager on duty know what had happened with our fridge and sink. The manager first asked to see our shoes!!!! Then after bringing a pair down to him, he told my husband he need to see the sink! Before our sink leaking we were not going to complain or even mention anything, but waking up to SOAKED shoes was not how anyone wants to start their morning. The manager did refund us our money only after a long discussion with my husband. The manager also mention to my husband, in almost a threatening way, that he had already contacted my manager!!! If you want a safe place with a pool to spend your weekend, I would suggest spending the extra 20 some dollars to go to a...

If it would let me I would give no stars! paid $76 for one night, then I paid an extra $30 dollars to have the extended check out at 3. Mind you I paid 2hrs before check out. I was laying down for a nap and there was a quick knock on the door and then my door opened I jumped out of bed and knocked my phone off the night stand ( now my charger port isn't working) to run to the door to keep the maid out. Then my husband called the front desk to make a complaint and was put on hold forever then was told they would contact him back after they went to talk to the maid. Well the front desk lady the maid a "manager" come to my door and proceeded to tell me I shouldn't try to get a room for free. I asked the "manager" told me the maid said I let her in. I tried to tell her that the maid was trying to keep herself out of trouble. The "manager" then called me a bum that's looking for handouts. I just wanted the maid to say sorry and I would have been cool. But instead I got bullied I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you want to be walked in on. I wasn't made to feel better about this I was basically told to suck it up and deal with it. So I called choice hotels customer service number and the rep was very nice tried to help me the best she could but I still had to ask for a supervisor because I want that maid to have to be accountable for her actions. Any other person that works and treats their customers like that would have been held accountable. Instead of spending time with my husband I had to spend over an hour on the phone waiting for a supervisor. This is bs I spent money here and now my phone is completely broke and I have to replace it. I will never stay at any choice hotel ever again. I would rather stay at a ghetto motel that has bed bugs then deal with rude employees that have no customer service skills. Rain and her superviser were awesome they helped me to get to the owner so maybe I can get something back for the new phone that will replace the phone that got broke because of a maid that wouldn't own up to her...
