Beware before you but here not everything is typed or mentioned here to much to type. Long story short bought a dryer from them. They came out 3 different times in the first year to replace the same thing on it the heating coil. Three different technicians. Last guy was the owner. I asked for a totally different dryer by the third replacement so the owner came out personally and insured that I wouldn't have any more issues. Last visit was in 2024. So dryer stoped working again. Sparks are coming from back of dryer electrical cord hook up. The wiring has been wired wrong and melted and burnt the panels. Call them to express this concern and get told our technicians wasn't the best around time of purchase and they all had been turned over. I'm like ok that great what about fixing a problem that was caused by you guys which caused multiple visits and still now the dryer is completely fried. I get told they don't care about a bad review the guy on the phone said and what do you expect from a used dryer. I laughed and said wow. Then proceeded to say that I can bring the dryer back for a 150.00 dollar credit even though the problem started with not having knowledgeable technicians! There is even a wiring diagram on the back even a person not knowing can read and hook it up correctly. So buy from best buy it's not worth trying to save a buck when you think hey I'll buy from locally owned veteran help support small businesses. Then this happens and they are like good luck buddy we don't care about your issue we got your money. Update you can't respond to what the owner says on the review either. The reply was very unprofessional especially when you deal with people who are in tight spots who come to you for your services. For one you act like customers are a nuisance from they way this post sounds! I gave you guys a chance to make it right your phone operator has no customer service skills at all. The dryer from the get go was faulty to bad installation period. You the owner comes out doesn't 100 percent check your employees work after the second visit regarding you to make a visit yourself. Due to you not wanting to replace the dryer in the first place. Then come down to it if the electrical wiring had been installed correctly from point a could of avoided everything. Now you say when I'm 10 min drive from your shop that I'm too far and don't have enough people to deal with my problem. That one bad review doesn't matter. Now you respond saying if I bring the dryer to the shop you would repair it for free when initially said only 150.00 credit torwards labor over the phone. May of not been you personally but the people you hire to repair, answer phone calls and work under your business represents you to the fullest. Now guys imagine your mom, gma, brother, or sister whomever. Gets told if you want it fixed load it up and bring it down will give you a $150 credit. That's a joke when you delivered installed and offer a 1yr warranty. I could understand clearly if it was an actual faulty equipment but it was faulty workmanship by your employees. Notice all your reviews or on brand new equipment are great not all but most. Then all of your negative ones don't get handled all on used appliances or your technicians not knowing what there doing. All around beware guys this can seriously cause your house to burn down wiring in walls to over heat for pushing wrong amount of voltage through circuit breakers. I'm lucky my kids and house are still intact havent had my electrical inspected yet due to this arrogance but I will. Everyone who has purchased something from these guys need to have inspected because I got lucky the next one won't. Seriously playing with people's life's here and brush me off like you guys don't care at all and the reply...

The installers were smoking marijuana in my kitchen while installing the dishwasher. This is completely unacceptable. There is no world where smoking marijuana in someone else's home is ok. The smell was unbearable. I will never do business with these people again.

The owner is now lying saying their Installers didn't smoke marijuana in my kitchen. They absolutely did smoke in my kitchen because I did see smoke and I did tell that to your representative, not you Carlos, your representative. And I did smell it like they just took a puff right then and there. Your installers came to my apartment THREE TIMES NOW. Because your installers keep breaking the dishwasher we purchased from you! Your installer that came TODAY to install a simple bottom front panel to the dishwasher, NOW WE CANT OPEN THE DOOR ALL THE WAY!! The door is now stuck. This is the third time your people came to either fix or install something and each time something new breaks. That's on you.

ABC Appliances are the most incompetent, two faced lying, pot smoking, unprofessional, money steeling con men I have and will ever have the displeasure of purchasing from. These people got their education from a bad YouTube video and now think they've done "Thousands of jobs"....

I needed a washer and dryer that was fairly new, was a set and worked great. I went to ABC appliance after going on the internet and using google to find this veteran owned business. Since I am a veteran also, I thought I would check them out. when I went in they had several used appliances that ranged from different price ranges. I needed something that would look nice in a light gray laundry room and the last set of wash machine/dryer was a dark gray set. They were beautiful and the price was just right. Not only did I find exactly what I was looking for but they had just been brought in, not yet cleaned up and when I saw them I knew that was the ones I came to purchase. Not only the purchase was smooth but I received a veteran discount, 90 days warranty and they would repair afterwards if anything malfunctioned. We set up delivery and they were on time, I didn't have to wait forever for them. They were very knowledgeable about their job in placement and hook up. Told me little tid bits of advice that may help in the long run of keeping this beautiful gray washer/dryer combo running like brand new.
