08.20.21 Update after this post I got their canned response. Randy - This is not the kind of experience we strive to offer. We'd like to learn more in order to help. If you’d like to discuss this further, please send us an email at guestrelations@olivegarden.... if you took care of things locally you might provide a better service 08.19.21 It’s nice to see that the person looking at this can’t forward it to their guest relations. Hadn’t been there in quite a while, and probably won’t be back any time soon or again. The atmosphere was nice, but I don’t understand why it took four people to find us a table and when they did it was a two top in a high traffic area (why). The waitress was nice bough but not very detail orientated. Our drinks two ice tea came one had an adequate amount of ice the other had a Canadian amount of ice (two cubes) had to ask for more. The salad came and there were a couple of large discolored pieces of lettuce in it. Our dinner came and both plates were sloppy, sauce all over the edge of both plates. The chicken tortalini was good but not up to OG standards. The chicken Marsala was on the cool side and tasted very boozy. The chicken (both pieces) was grissley and the sir of pasta was watery wit what seemed to be bottled sauce. After that being said I had two bites and was done. The server asked if I wanted a box but other than that assumed there was no problem. I then went to pay at table side and got a totally blank receipt. This was my experience 08.19.21

I’ve been to Olive Garden Before, but not this specific location. I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and service. To start, I was seated right off the bat, and I was served drinks and appetizers immediately. My waiter was extremely attentive and his service was immaculate, He served everything in a timely and thorough manner. On the topic of quality and service, the atmosphere was clean and spacious. As far as food goes, I started off with a Zuppa Toscana and Breadsticks, it was extremely fresh and hot, It’s something you can’t miss if you go to Olive Garden. As far as the main course goes, I got the “Tour Of Italy”, I’ve never had this specific dish but it’s a must have, it has 3 portions of main courses off the menu. Lasagna, Fettuccine Alfredo, and Chicken Parmesan. These Combos Combined gave an incredibly compelling taste, with a good variety of options. I personally loved the lasagna, it was extremely fresh with fresh marinara and pasta. The fettuccine had a great Alfredo sauce, and was soft to my liking. The chicken Parmesan was juicy inside, and crispy outside, with marinara sauce on top, the dish has to be my favorite. I definitely recommend the Tour Of Italy platter. Overall, this location provided great quality, service, and food. I recommend coming here.

We went to this olive garden like we have dozens of times, this time to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. We usually get great service and food. Today was an exception. Our was fantastic at first (she had 3 tables) Then about 15 minutes into our dinner the service declined. She was running around like a chicken with her head cut off. She became inattentive and slightly short. My wife then noticed that she was now handling 7 tables by herself! After the cook messed up on my daughters order for the 2nd time we sent it back for a 3rd time. So I went to find the manager to explain about our experience. The Manager Kaitlyn was great. She gave us a great discount! We were happy that she treated us so respectfully and made it right. Then we see our server and she is crying. We asked her what was wrong and she said she got in trouble when in fact she deserved a raise. The other server in our section refused to take her tables so our server was forced to take them all! This was unacceptable. Kaitlyn should have given her help not a reprimand! Not a well managed restaurant at all!

Would leave a 0 star if I could. Service was very poor here but on top of that my husband and I got accused of dining and dashing during our visit there on 5/25/2023. We had our meal and asked for our check. The waitress brought our check and even though we had our money in hand she left our table and had us waiting to cash out so me and my husband being in a bit of a rush since it was our daughters Kindergarten graduation date and we had other plans we decided to just leave money on the table with the check. Our check was around $76 and we left $160 on the table as we were leaving. The manager then chases as we are heading to the door (without even checking our table to see if money was left there) and blocked us from leaving and accused us of dining and dashing. We tried to explain to her there was money on the table plus a very generous tip but she did not even let us get a word in. So when race got brought into it because we told her we felt discriminated against since we have seen other people leave money on the table and leave and they were never stopped or questioned. Once race was brought into question she started yelling at us saying she was latina in an accent she was not talking in prior to her saying this. After she went to the table and saw the money she then continued to tell us to calm down when she was the one yelling and we were only defending ourselves. We then asked for our change after the argument since we felt as though a tip especially an over 100% tip was not earned she went to the back and refused to come back out with our change. Another manager then came to the front and apologized to us and gave us our change and explained that Olive Garden did not have the right to stop us from leaving and told us that his other manager basically did not have the right to stop and frisk us. We will be contacting corporate and we do not stand for this type of discrimination or disrespect especially when we have our child with us. This is ridiculous and if she would have just looked at the table and saw that the money was there instead of jumping to conclusions this could have been avoided (our table was off to the left, closest to the door so it would have not been hard to check first before assuming). We do not appreciate the immediate thought of two young minorities leaving without paying without the proper probable cause. We did not even leave in a fast pace, we were walking slow enough for her to get in front of us and stop us before we reached the door, that should have shown that we were not dining and dashing....

We've been to Olive Garden numerous times before and generally they are a good place to grab a bite to eat.

Our wait was about 20 minutes which is normally. We were seated in an area that had booths close together. I think they should have set us at a regular table considering we had two babies who came in car seats and needed high chairs. The high chairs blocked both ends on the tables on each side of us and I think one table was annoyed with us but there was nothing we could do.

Our waiter Clive was outstanding. Although it was super busy - like it typically is on a Saturday night, he was very attentive, welcoming and accommodating to our family of 7.

My hubby and I wanted to try a new dish this time around and opted for the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara. Knowing that it had bacon in it I asked if they could make it without it. Clive told us - it was possible. Once we got our food he was kind about letting us know that he thought they had left bacon off of both dishes but to check our meals to make sure. After checking it - I noticed they added bacon to both. I asked him to remake it and they did. Did the portions change during the pandemic because these seemed like smaller portions compared to other dishes we've had.

The kids enjoyed their meals for the most part. One of my sons didn't care for rhe meatball that came with his spaghetti - but everything else seemed ok.

They double charged me and forgot to take off my dish they messed up and Clive was able to get them to fix it. I wasn't aware that this process included refunding our card then having to rerun it. Minus them being concerned that our card wasn't ran again and worrying or waiter - overall, it was a...

I have NEVER had a more disrespectful and inattentive server in my life. First, we sit down and are greeted by a server who does not introduce herself. She immediately asks "What do you want to drink?" with zero hospitality. She was not busy. She had 2 tables that had already been greeted and had drinks. We order drinks and an appetizer. When she came to drop off the drinks, I said "Thank you so much!" thinking maybe we had got off to a bad start. She looked at me, scoffed and LAUGHED. She did not say thank and immediately asked if we were ready to order. We ordered our food and continued to wait for our appetizer. Maybe 7 minutes later she comes back to the table with the appetizer, salad and breadsticks. After walking away someone else is immediately behind her with our entrees. She did not space out our food at all, so we got everything at the same time. It's great to get fast service, but every server should know that appetizers, salads and entrees do not come to the table at the same time. As we were eating, she gets sat with another table right next to us and greets them with the same rude attitude she greeted us with. Also, she never came back to check on the food that we got all at the same time. I had to flag her down to even get a box. Luckily we were able to pay our bill with the computer on the table, or I don't think we ever would have got out of there.

After looking at the receipt we learned her name was Natalie F. All in all, the food was great, but the service was terrible. If I come to this location again, I would rather wait an hour for a table than have Natalie as my...
