Starbucks — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

I really love this location, they always make drinks to perfection. Customer service is typically really nice, but today the guy working the drive thru wasn’t nice at all. “Can I use my stars please?” He says “yes” I said, “thank you” he doesn’t say anything, hands me my food and then my drinks and I say, “thank you!” He just shuts the window on me. Kind of ruined my mood especially since the woman taking my order was so so nice. It’s okay though, hopefully next time I come back he won’t be working the drive thru. Shout out to the person who wrote enjoy with a heart on a post it on my bag of food, thanks for making me feel appreciated on days where I do not. I won’t let bad egg at that location spoil it for the rest :)

Dudes name is Luca, he needs to be cleaning tables or something. He’s terrible with customers. This time he had taken my order. Had a large order and heard him huff and puff in the drive thru when I’m naming the stuff I want he’s correcting me because I said can I have this “with” saying “ADDON” sorry you have to work a job that you applied for, but I’m still spending a good amount of money at Starbucks you can pretend to be nice. I've been to this location a few times because it's right by my house. And every time I try to tell them what I want. Nobody can get it right. I have explained it 5 ways to North. How hard is it to line the cup with Carmel, THEN BEFORE you add the frappe, ypu shake the crunch all around in the cup so it sticks to the Carmel, THEN add the frappe. Tada!!! You have a carmel ribbon crunch with extra carmel "line the cup" and then extra crunch "line the cup". If you do it that way, you will actually be able to SEE the crunch on the sides of the cup with the carmel. And nobody can get it right and then the person at the window thinks it's okay to lie to me. And tell me it was done when you can clearly see that it wasn't. Then i take drink to see if i can taste the crunch, and NOPE not a single piece in my frappe. And then they want you to wait and hold up the drive through so they can take 10 minutes to remake it and then don't make it right. I think the worst part is. Is the people at the window lying about it saying it was done. I have always been nice in ordering it, i have tried five or six times to EXPLAIN it diffrent ways and nobody can seem to get it right. Been going to this Starbucks probably since the first week they opened. I am one of those folks that doesn't believe in drive through so I go in every morning and sometimes at night. They are quick and concerned about getting your drink right. Must confess don't know any of their names but they got folks from CA, Tx and all over smiling at ya and sending ya along with a good cup of caffeine. Good experience, genuine people, good place..........(year later) Can't figure out how to post a second review but a year later still going here every day to work. Great people and good place.
