I want to give a shout-out to this location today. It's been a stressful time recently and whenever me and my partner go shopping we get Dutch Bros after. It's something I look forward to every couple weeks. I got a large cold brew with soft top <3 one of the best things ever. But in the midst of putting groceries away, I knocked my cold brew, that I only had a couple sips of, onto to floor and IT WENT EVERYWHERE. Needless to say I was not happy with myself and I couldn't go without it today since, yeah it's been tough. So I drove back and told them what happened and that I was back to get the same thing. The ladyi spoke to rung it up and said it was on them and she also told me a couple times that it's not my fault that it got knocked over and also thanked me for coming back. That reassurance and care really made my night a whole lot better. I'm sitting here enjoying my drink right now with a smile on my face. I'm not sure the names of the people working but shout out to them. Thank you so much for taking care of me. I really appreciate it <3 Much love

The workers at this Dutch Bros is dope AF! (YOLO) There customer service is top notch here as my significant other would say. Overall a easy 4 stars for this place. The employees are always awesome and sometimes stir up interesting conversations if there is a wait.

I want to thank the great team at this Dutch Bros location for their excellent customer service. I live out of state and only get my "fix" yearly when I come to visit. On Tuesday 4-16-24 I purchased my coffee and 15 minutes later tripped and spilled the whole thing. When I came back an hour later they replaced my coffee for free and left me this sweet message. Thank you!!!! I'll see ya next spring!

I want to thank the great team at this Dutch Bros location for their excellent customer service. I live out of state and only get my "fix" yearly when I come to visit. Came back to edit my review. Today I went to this location as I do every single day. Well today I ordered two drinks and the total came to $18.50, I had $19.50 already loaded in my app so I should have had a $1 left. Well as I'm sitting in the ridiculously long line I look at my app and notice my balance was at $0.00. now I do NOT have auto tipping on, the girl Ashlyn did NOT ask me if I wanted to tip. So I get to the window and I have the guy pull my receipt and surprise surprise Ashlyn tipped herself the last $1 I had on my app. I find this to be inappropriate and unprofessional. I usually have no problem tipping and I usually do if I order a ton of drinks. But for this girl to tip herself is not ok with me. Dutch employees are stealing money from customers. This is bad business practices. I will not return to this location at all. I recommend every person who does go to this location to definitely be mindful when paying...

The people are always very nice here but for some reason the camp out I order always comes out incorrect. Out of the 5 times I have gotten it three times it was not blended like requested and then today when my gf grabbed on for me it wasn't blended nor had the chocolate in it either. In the past they have been quick to fix it which i have been highly appreciative for but we cannot wait for two orders to be made every morning we want a coffee. I just wish they would try to build less repor with each driver take that time to read the order as we always give a 25 percent tip and give our business to the place since its been opened. I will always be a customer of dutch bros but I think when we go we will have to go up north from now on even it if takes a little longer. It seems like there isn't many other reviews like mine so maybe its just a trend for me or the time we go which is fridays in...
