I was so disappointed! I bought an adorable Mother sweater at Evoluxxy. I had tried it on in the store and it was great. I went to wear it a few weeks later and tried to take off the tag that was safety pinned to the sweater. The weave of the sweater got caught in the rounded part of the safety pin. When I brought the sweater back in to exchange or return it, the store did not have the same size available for exchange. The employee would not accept a return because it was 6 days past the 14 day return window. The issue with the safety pin, in my opinion, made the product defective. The extreme black-and-white application of the return policy was ridiculous. I understand that Evoluxxy is a small business but because they are a small business they should have taken it back, refunded the money, and dealt with the manufacturer who had applied the tag.
