Habit Burger & Grill — Restaurant in North Carolina

Absolutely unacceptable behavior from the "manager" at this location. My 16-year-old daughter, who works next door, found two rude, notes left on her windshield—calling her names like “jackass” over a parking spot. She’s a minor. This is harassment, not how a business should behave. When I went in to ask about it, the man who claimed to be the manager snatched the notes from my hand, admitted he left them, then refused to give his name. He kept saying he was the manager, but also said the name posted on the door wasn't his, he was taunting and waved goodbye. When I asked why he didn’t call towing or the property manager if he had an issue, he just said he didn't have their number, a manager should find out. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and inappropriate—especially from someone representing your brand. I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate, the property manager and letting PD know, my daughter should feel safe when driving to her workplace. Businesses like this should not be run by people who think it’s okay to intimidate teenagers over a parking space, also what's with making fun of her 2004 4runner? Its a safe drivable car. I’m doumfounded as to why this meal was so bad - we went right after they opened and the food was hot and tasty - tonight we went for dinner and in spite us being literally the only customers in the restaurant the food was terrible - the hamburgers were cold ( yes cold) and dry as could be - the french fries were tepid and soggy - the sweet potato fries were good - hot and crispy as were the tempura green beans - seems pretty obvious they served us burgers that had been cooked and sitting waiting to be served - same with the french fries - congratulations habit burger you just lost a customer - for no reason other than lazy food prep - i say this because i doubt it’s your intention to serve cold lousy food - and in doing so you insure that an empty restaurant stays...

We came at the tale-end of the lunch rush around 1pm. Parking was tight in front, yet there was plenty of parking in the strip-mall lot. Of course, parking opened up as soon as we placed our order.

The restaurant and bathrooms were fairly clean. However, they ran out toilet tissue in the women's bathroom. My wife had me stand guard while she used the men's bathroom.

Now, my wife thinks im being a little harsh. Yet, I felt the burgers and fries were average. Yes, they were better than McDonalds and Wendy's. Yet, I think a Hardee's thickburger and Arby's burger are better. With that said, they did give a generous portion of fries. Yet, you could tell they were under a heat lamp for a while.
