Wish there was a 0 star ranking cause that's what they would get. I ordered online at 3:20pm and I got the email reply stating my order would be ready "around" 3:40pm. So I arrive and sit in my car for an additional 10 minutes before going in to get my order l. I go inside and stand there for 5 minutes before having to go and look for someone to get my good, so I went to the bar and asked, a minute later the hostess finally walks by and the bartender tells her there's an order for Curry, she says let me go check on it. She comes back a few minutes later telling me, it's not quiet done, she will get it when it's done. I then asked her how much longer considering I have waited an additional 10 minutes in my car and now a additional almost 10 minutes inside, she goes back to ask. The "manager" I suppose is what she was comes out and says there was an issue, it's gonna be an additional 15 minutes before it's done. So now after waiting another almost 20 minutes the hostess bring my food out, I start checking the food to make sure it is correct because I had made special request to to make my broccoli tender for my Alfredo, and upon checking the Alfredo the broccoli was hit but was crunchy as if it just came off the stalk, no tenderness whatsoever. So then they go back to fix the mistake that I have already waited on my food for over an hour for to have another wait another 5+ minutes, for them to fix. Do u think they did ANYTHING, to correct the situation other than recook the broccoli, NOOO they didn't! I typically don't complain but this is just ridiculous in every aspect to have to wait this long on something that was suppose to take 20 minutes. It would be one thing if this was the first time, but this is EVERY single time I order there. If I wanted to wait that long to get my food I would have went to the dang grocery store and took it home and cooked it and ate, cause I dang sure could have been sitting down to eat before over and hour and 15 minutes, but being I been at work since 4am and just wanted to pick something up on the way home. So the excuse was, I'm only 4 weeks old here and this chownow blah blah blah she don't know about. Maybe you should inquire about or be trained to do so, that shouldn't reflect on the customer that's pays almost $50 on a meal for 2 meals. Y'all need...
Read more“Build your own Burger” for real! I had the unique experience of reheating my entire order piece by piece when I got home!
I ordered on the website and my food was ready when I got there - aside from the fact I got 5 wings with an up charge in my cart for 20 all drums.
No big deal, stuff happens. The hostesses were nice and went to have the kitchen make me more. 40 minutes later, I finally got 9 more wings (that weren’t even all drums). They were busy, I get it. I left and started to head down the road and my partner asked to make sure her burger’s lettuce wrap wasn’t as soggy as my fries now were. Of course, it was. Again, not the end of the world, right? I turned and came back to ask for a replacement lettuce wrap - just the lettuce! I didn’t want to wait another 40 minutes.
Manager comes to the front and starts giving me some long winded lecture about how I got wings for free (so what’s the extra charge that specifically states 20 drums for?). He’s talking over me and over explaining that the website was wrong when all I wanted at this point was fresh lettuce. Shortly after, a hostess got back with the burger that was for some reason brought back to the kitchen just for them to lazily slap the same cold patty on some new lettuce when I specifically just wanted some fresh lettuce to go.
Suffice to say, weird way to spend a Friday night? Habit Burgers and East Coast Wings are right...
Read moreArriving at 5:30 there week only a few cars in the lot. Hostess looked at us, turned around and shuffled through some papers let us stand in the cold for about a minute, then turned around and rather than asking how many, ask what she could do for us. We asked for a table. She never smiled or made eye contact. She led us to a table just inside the door where the wind would hit every time the door opened. She rolled her eyes when we asked for a different table. I asked about a special on the board when our waitress came and she said that she would check, but thought the hostess had forgotten to erase it, she believed it was sold out. It was. Husband ordered soup and roast beef sandwich, received BLT with a piece of tomato, litteraly 1" on one side and paper thin on the other. It was a wedge. Salad was straight out of a bag, not rinsed, warm and limp. The penne pasta was cooked perfectly but hadn't been drained, so every bite dripped. Alfredo sauce was good. Ham, cheese and potato soup delicious. We were seated by a computer ordering station and there was one waitress who had on a tremendous amount of cologne. I felt like I could taste it every time she came over. Less than average experience especially considering that there were less than 10 tables occupied the ,45 minutes...
