Bob Evans — Restaurant in Coshocton

Was in there a few days ago the food was absolutely disgusting. Mine had hardly any taste at all was so bland it almost reminded me of hospital food. Our server was nice but she wouldn't let us even finish talking to her before she was going on to another table and that has been that way before a lot going into this store. My food looked nothing like the menu I ordered a breakfast skillet it came in a bowl the proportion on the menu was definitely misleading was much smaller and again tasteless. Even the coffee was watered down tasting as if they are reusing coffee grounds. There was four of us at the table only one of us got our order correct half our stuff was missing and she had to go retrieve it and of course by the time she came to the table it was cold our food. The manager was informed she didn't show the server came with the bill and we said we were still waiting for her and then they tried to gaslight us into thinking she came to the table. I would have been much happier going to McDonald's it would have had a hell of a lot more taste for one thing. I honestly understand there is issues but I'm tired of paying ridiculous prices for food that is subpar and to be honest at all honestly look like hospital...

Business has old system. No tap to pay. My money wasn’t good here and was forced to use another form of payment. The food would have been eaten by the staff or thrown away. I asked for an inconvenience discount because of their lack of payment methods. She said no the food wasn’t messed up. I’m probably the only mf who walked in and needed someone to help pay for their food. Manager could have comped the food. So disrespectful to tell guests they can’t take my THIRTEEN dollar meal and comp it. I had money. Y’all couldn’t take my form. Maybe if I fuc came in with a check or something be like nah we can’t be balancing checks. But I had APPLE PAY. Update your computers because if I would have dined in I would have walked out. Lesson learned. Hick town bob evans has old computers and won’t comp meals that wouldn’t even break their bank. So rude so rude. Poor management decision to force me to use payment I have reserved for bills. Zero...

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Lexi during my recent visit to Bob Evans, and I can confidently say it was the best dining experience I’ve ever had. She was on top of her game from start to finish—warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive without being overbearing.

What truly stood out was how effortlessly she anticipated every need. I never had to ask for a single thing—drinks were refilled before I could even think to ask, and she checked in at just the right times with genuine care and a big smile. It’s rare to find service that feels both professional and personal, but Lexi delivered both with ease.

She made the entire meal feel special, and it’s clear she takes pride in what she does. If every server approached their job the way she does, dining out would be a whole different level of enjoyable.
