The coaches are great here and the reception personal are super friendly. The workout are simple yet effective and definitely not boring. The coaches are super helpful and if you don't understand or confused about an exercise feel free to ask, they will show you the exercise again or explain where you should be feeling the workout. Don't feel pressure to keep up with everyone and go at your own pace, push yourself but not injure yourself.
The type of workout alternates each day from metabolic (heart pumping) and strength (muscles) but both you has heart pumping and strength just not as much as what that day entails.
They have different 6 week challenges here to a 12 week challenge. These will help guide you and geared towards the goal you're looking to achieve.
This is a cross-fit environment with free weights/trx and not a gym with machines or spinner. This place has help me learn the correct form and learn new exercise with similar equipment I have at home so when I am not here I am able to do at home. So why come, well because the energy level here gets you pump and moving and pushes you.
