Went towards the evening to look for gifts. I saw a CK purse..no price tag. Asked for the price and told 59.99. I asked to purchase it so the associate set it aside up front. Once I was ready to check out the price once again had to be reconfirmed and the bag put into a plastic shopping bag. I inquired where is the label because if I need to return it I don't want to have issues. The manager, Marissa, comes in with a label that scans Karl Lagerfeld purse and proceeds to tell me that she would not put the label on the bag and that if I decide to return I have to come to this store and they would check the cameras to compare to what I bought and what is on the receipt. Pretty much I was told don't try to return or we will have to pull security footage and treat you like a criminal for returning an item different than what is on your receipts. I tell Marissa that I won't be purchasing this item. As I was pulling it from the plastic shopping bag she pulls the bag out of my hands eith such force that the strap disconnects and one end flies. The associate proceed to stuff the other items, including a CK backpack into a small plastic bag so the bag is ripping. I ask that she put it in a bigger bag and she tells me she has none at her register. I pay and as I am leaving the door alarms beep. Marissa comes to help again...she starts removing all the items scattering them on the jewelry counter, finds the dress that the tag was not removed by the associate, removes it and then proceeds to stuff the items in bags without smallest attempt to fold...just grabs one end of a clothing item and starts stuffing into the bag. My cat would probably do a better job. I inquire an associate who is the store manager and she points to Marissa. What example is this store manager setting? She has no customer skills, had no clue how to print and attach a label, and doesn't know how to even bag items. I know this is Ross and I don't have high expectations for the store appearance and it's associates, however, a manager should be a role model and supposedly should be behaving in a more educated and...

I bought a coat for my mom but it did not have the belt, we ask the lady at the cashier if we find it in another store we could just exchange it, without any problems. She said it was fine that we will just need the receipt. We went to different store around explaining this issue before going in and waste our time and they said the same they could exchange it if we find the same coat. Unfortunately we did not. So we went to this Ross my husband and I talk to the manager and she said she cannot do the exchange that we have to go back to the store we bought it. Ugh why wouldn’t they told me this in the first place? Why was this lady the only one that had a problem? (unfortunately this was the only Ross that had the same coat and size i needed it, so i ended up buying 2 jackets same style because of this and because i really love it for my mom). Now, Why would I return a coat keep the belt tried to returned and then buy again the same coat? :/ . Manager could of just called to the store on the receipt ask for the cashier and ask about this). Im sure she will remember us since this was a night before plus not alot of customer will have the same problem. But not this manager Juana refused to do any type of help, not even provide us her employed Id because she said it was against their policy(BS) and walk away. Marissa cashier was there (not going to said anything bad about her because she just the cashier we needed help from someone beyond her (I never write bad reviews on stores but this time I think I should). Not going to this...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars, I would because my mom and I had the worst experience at this Ross. The cashier, I wanna say her name is something like Marissa. (Started with Mar) had the worst customer service and attitude. My mom was going to give her change but she reaponded so rudely saying just give me the dollar and being the nice person my mom is, she gave her the dollar. It was 61 cents so she said she wants to at least give her a penny so she doesn't get any pennies back, then the rude woman goes no it's okay and rejects her penny and gives her 39 cents back. Excuse me? Who are you to demand how we should be paying. We as customers should have the right to pay however we want. We came out a little stunned and it started really bothering how she treated her so I went back in and asked for her name. She quickly covers her name tag and says I am sorry? And continues to cover her tag. I don't want to bring out the race card but it really seemed like she was taking advantage and looking down because my mom was not fluent in English. Ross, you really need to fire this woman. She also really seemed like she didn't want...
