Replaced our sunroom roof due to hail damage, and deeply regret using this company. They laid the TPO roofing without making watertight junctions between the skylights and the main house. There is no flashing. Every time it rains, we get GALLONS of water pouring into the house. The interior wall now has extensive water damage. The workers also cracked the skylights while walking around, and those now need to be replaced. When I complained, their solution was to squeeze 6 tubes of sealant around the edges of the roofing material, which is not a durable way to ensure roof integrity. Needless to say, the leaking has continued. Three other roofing companies have inspected their work, and all 3 said it was unbelievably wrong. The company has ghosted me and will not respond to my emails, despite the fact that the work is supposedly under warranty. I would give anything to have my old roof and skylights (and money) back.
