Absolutely love this store! It's Connecticut answer to Zara's. The clothes are mainly for one seasonal wear. The store does get rather busy on the weekend's, as such it could be rather messy.
It would be great if the staff were to pay more attention to folding the clothes and organization.
We do shop with our eyes, it's sort of like eating, if something is arranged really pretty on the plate you're more likely to enjoy the dinning experience. The same concept can be applied here, if the clothes are neatly folded & hung up in a manner that is pleasing to the eye, as a consumer we would be more willing to spend more time in the store and buy more.
So since that is one of my pet peeves, I make a point of going there as soon as they open. It's really hard to appreciate all the beautiful things they have when everything is just tossed about. They are very good about moving people, the average waiting time to check out is about 2 to 3 minutes.
Honestly, I would have given the store five stars, if it wasn't for the way the clothes are tossed about. When the stories is unkept it goes from being a European retailer to a Bargain Basement wholesaler.
By comparison, Zara's in Westchester County and New York City, is always kept very, very neat. When I do go there it's to browse, I never leave without spending three or four...
Read moreMy first time at this store, they have great quality products and price, not to be compare w/Forever21, I travelled today from NY around 6pm with my family was at the mall of Danbury CT and there had a warm welcome, you can validate it..
The reason of not giving 5 stars is cause a woman who seem to be a supv with a tablet on hands near the make up area told me this: " I need you to go to cashier right now, we are closing", I said -ok-. While she stand right at 1 meter away like a cop making sure I walk off, and for a brief second I took the cotton undies I was looking for and quickly join my family. I didn't stop to have her name to do a formal report for her misconduct, in time of this pandemy every personal focus on client and help them get what they need quickly, besides giving profit to the store, No to expulse ppl. Out of the facility! cause it's. 7pm. I've been on the shoes of this supv and I understand her and respect time and will not tolerate it, however she has an opportunity of improvement which is get the cape of supv off and help accordingly like the rest of personal does there.
I'm certainly coming back and I wish this message get to the right person, cause next time I want to have a happy experience from...
Read moreI first was introduced to Primark in Italy. I loved that store! Little did I know once I moved to NY I’d be just a short drive to the Danbury Fair right where Primark is conveniently located!
Think of this place like a target for clothes only at an even more affordable price. Stylish things like H&M at a super convenient cost.
Perfect spot to go on a quick last minute vacation shopping for the summer. You can literally go on a little shopping spree and refresh your wardrobe at a really low cost. Last minute outfit panic? Primark’s got you!
Shoes seem poor quality and very cheap. Surprisingly we’ve purchased both men and women’s and they lasted throughout the whole winter without even breaking up. You can easily get a cute pair to switch up and go with your outfits
Kids clothes are also great, who can beat $3 shirts? We’ve purchased things here for my nieces and nephews and you honestly can’t beat the cheap prices. They do have a wider selection for girls than boys. Wish they would step it up with the little boys sesh.
Besides that, awesome store. Don’t expect high quality but do expect low prices for cute stuff. Won’t last forever but will for sure get you...
