I placed an order via the app at 12:17 and scheduled for it to be ready at 1pm. I got my confirmation email immediately and arrived a couple of minutes early to pick up my food. Typically Noodles is very prompt with pickup times so when 1:10 rolled around I was getting annoyed. A worker noticed me waiting and asked what I was waiting for. I told them and they knew immediately my order and said "oh yeah, for some reason our computer canceled that order." They offered to ring me up at the cash register and make my food, but I had to get back to work, so I had them print me paperwork that I wasn't being charged and left. I get that things go wrong, technology is not always perfect. However, there are 2 things here that annoyed me; one being that I feel I should have received a phone call when their computer canceled my order, otherwise what is the point of us having to provide our number when placing an order. The 2nd being that I, as a customer, should have received SOMETHING as an apology whether it be they make my food quick for free, a coupon for the future, or just something showing that Noodles cares about their customers when...
Read moreHave gone multiple times. The food is always great! Very friendly staff. Feels casual and comfortable. Me and my boyfriend went there for our first time going out to eat! I picked it that day. because i loved it already from when i discovered it in 2016! One of my favorite places to go eat!! He ended up getting closer to me during that date, figuratively AND literally! Because he came and sat next to me on the booth bench side of our table 🤗 i will never forget that day with him (it was only 3 months ago.. but i will remember it forever too) im glad it was at one of my favorite restaurants!! He had never eaten at a noodles and company before that, but he LOVED it. We went once or twice again since then. Sadly we broke up two weeks ago on mothers day (may 10th 2020).. but i still cherish the memories and feelings i have from our relationship. I hope i get him back soon. Or at least someday...but either way, i get to keep memories of us. Like that date. 💞 which this restaurant had its part in! I will be forever thankful just for that one experience at the...
Read moreHadn't been here for a very long time as they always seemed to be closed, but finally was able to make it on a day they were open. Pretty disappointing. It's rare that I've left a restaurant actually hungry after eating an entree, but Noodles managed to make that happen.
They literally should rename their servings to reflect more accurately what they are. A snack- size and small are appropriate. Incredible difference in serving sizes than in the past when I was here.
The Mrs got pesto, it was bland not nearly enough sauce to cover noodles. Seems to have been made by someone who is not familiar with how pesto should look and taste. I got tortellini, which I have to admit, was good and flavorful. It was, however, about $8 for 8 tortellini, seems excessive to me. They were good, but not that good. Service was good, people were friendly, so that was a plus; though that doesn't really make up for the rest of the...
