What truly makes this place special is the kindness of Mr. Don, the manager— a compassionate soul who nurtures a peaceful atmosphere. He understands the importance of respect and good manners, creating a community where harmony can flourish. It’s a gentle reminder that when we treat others with kindness and mindfulness, we create a space where everyone can feel safe and cared for.

Read moreThe only good thing I can say about this hotel is that they changed the linens and cleaned the room each day. Other than that, it was a horrible experience. The hotel only has two phone lines for 30-some rooms. When using the phone line for dial-up internet for my work, the owners would pull the plug and leave me phoneless for entire days and nights. I believe this is illegal, even a wire-tapping federal felony. What if I had an emergency and needed to call 911? On several occasions, the owners would bang on my door first thing in the morning and storm in uninvited, accusing me of not paying on time for the next night. This happened FIVE MINUTES after checkout time. Once they did this, when I had already paid for the next night. Yet instead of apologizing, they accused ME of the error. Incredible! They were extremely nosy and it was bizarre. When I complained, these Korean owners first pretended they didn't understand English, then verbally attacked me, saying they were doing me a favor by letting me use the phone at all!!! Absolutely unprofessional behavior. Three times that I witnessed, police detectives came looking for criminals with arrest warrants. One was a sting operation with storm toopers, the works. My nearest neighbor coughed all night long, seemingly with tuberculosis, and both he and the people below had sex constantly, screaming and moaning. (Certainly entertaining at first, but I mean, c'mon). The first night I stayed and all they had was a two-bed unit. I took it, but when I wanted to stay another night, they MOVED me to another room. The third morning they wanted to MOVE me again! I refused, and only after much arguing did they agree to let me stay in that room. These people should have their permits revoked by the city of Denver. Someday they'll kill someone because of that phone business....
Read moreTravelers beware! This is not a place to sleep. I'm not sure what I spent 75 dollars on... There was no heat, the "mattress" was only 4" thick and you could see how sunk in it was. Was willing to look past it for the size of the room, we went and bought mattress toppers (which did little for sleep). The "no nonsense" (his words) owner made sure he was not bothered with us calling and complaining at 4 am after his friends were up partying all night, as if it isnt hard enough to fall asleep on this jail cot of a box spring in the freezing cold. If you bring your pets you will NOT get one of the "nicer" rooms which I can understand, but even my dogs couldn't sleep it was so cold. I felt so bad for bringing them there and my girlfriend was up crying mostmof the night. Ironically there IS a fridge in the room, useless since the room stayed at a constant icy 40 degrees. I was willing to pay thousands to stay for a good while, but one night of being treated as though I'm not a paying customer was enough for me. This place made me miss the cheapest hotel in Greeley where there are hypodermic needles littering the property. Careless ownership. This is just a place where the owners druggie friends can get away with anything. I was more worried about getting kicked out for complaining because of the owner/manager demeaning attitude. "Listen little girl, it's Saturday night and there's nothing I can do about it." Exact words. I've been in Colorado about a month and till now I've thought how nice everyone is here, until I met these people. Lazy. Rude. Property looks trashy. I should've...
