They didn't have bbq sauce containers with lids that fit which was terrible for everyone taking orders to go.
And to top it all off THE BBQ SAUCE WAS COLD. To me that is the quickest way to ruin good meat is to pour cold sauce on it. Fortunately the meat wasn't that great to begin with.
Someone described the mashed potatoes as glue like and that is probably the best description I could give as well.
I wouldn't call it food poisoning but I definitely spent the rest of the day at work in the restroom and even some of the evening.
Everyone saying they will try it in a few more months...I doubt it will be around that long. I drive by every day and it's empty. It's kind of sad because ause it could be great. We need a good bbq place in the area.
I feel like the realtor of this place probably lied about the foot traffic this place gets. Taco bell couldn't make it. Nor could the last Mexican place. This place won't be far behind unless they decide to just throw money at it.
Edit: wrote this 3mos ago. And as of now 10/19/23 it's CLOSED. All of them are closed I believe. Anybody trying to bring another place to eat here at this location....DONT. sure it's a pretty central location but for whatever reason nobody ever ends up going there. About the only thing that can make it on this corner would be something people are fanatical for....

I was excited to try this place out as it looked very interesting online.
The menu is very small and focused which I appreciate. Theme menu Influences are strange strange unanticipated... That is not always a bad thing. Think Asian Mexican fusion.
Today I tried the bulgogi dog with mixed results. First of all, the pretzel bun is way too much bread and not enough pretzel lake character, just came off like a gigantic dry chunk of bread. And lacked good flavor. The dog was topped with pretty mediocre bulgogi along with a nice Asian slaw.
The french fries were of the "steak fry" variety and cooked well.
All in all, it was a great value for the money. I ended up throwing out the majority of the bun but finished the dog and toppings.
Next visit I will try one of the feast boxes and see if it...
Read moreReally great service and the food is awesome. When they first opened they were new at all this. So I'm sure any one star reviews is from when they were getting the hang of things. I always get the Korean fries it's enough to feed three people in moderation or one gluten like me. This place is cheap considering the amount of food you actually get. You'll definitely have leftovers on the fries but I recommend eating them on the spot cause leftover fries ain't always good. So bring a friend and feast. Give this place a chance. You might not like what you order the first time but I assure you they will have something you'll like if you're just patient with them it's worth it....
