I saw they had New York croissants and wanted to try it. They ended up pulling out one from the freezer and gave it to me after I had already paid. I couldn’t even bite into it because it was rock hard. I would think a pastry would be fluffy and airy, especially a croissant. I went back to ask for another because it was nearly impossible to eat and they told me if I wanted one not frozen I needed to wait 25-30 minutes. Me trying to leave, I instead just wanted a refund considering I just paid $8 for it. They told me they “don’t do refunds” and fought me on giving me money back. Do not recommend!! Read moreI was In the mall close to close walking through around 7:55pm to my car in the parking lot. The food court was still open and this businesses lights were on. Cakes and product were in the case. The person working saw me looking and went in the back and turned the lights off. Then came out and I asked if they were closed and she said yes. She literally closed after she saw me looking. You would think the business would be welcomed since tons of products were still in the case. This would’ve been my first time trying it.
