I would like to give zero reviews on this rating. Here's my story: I booked a room at this hotel sometime in April and chose the option to pay a little more the night of so I could cancel it for free if I needed. Saturday afternoon on 7/15/2022, my girlfriend and I got to the Hampton Inn location. I went in to pay and get the keys and the man at the desk told me my reservation wasn't there. I asked him to check again, found a confirmation number, and asked if I could speak to the manager. He informed me that I could not speak to the manager and that, even with a confirmation code, there was no booking. I showed him my confirmation emails, called the booking agency, and explained the situation to them. They called the hotel and told him exactly what to do. He was extremely rude to the booking agent. After the phone call, my girlfriend told him, "either give us a room for the price we booked it as or we will find another hotel." He responded, "Ok you can find another hotel." We left. Of note, I was wearing a shirt with a rainbow picture that said, "Love always wins." There is no way that this hotel wasn't booked. Read moreIf I could give this stay any more of a negative review, I would. As a Diamond member for the last decade, I’ve spent more time in Hilton properties than I’d like to admit. To that end, 99.9% of my stays have been fantastic, which is why I continue to do business with Hilton.
That said, I watched the front desk ‘Manager’ Heather belittle a guest in front of me and when he walked back to his car, she rolled her eyes as if he was a complete idiot while looking directly at me for some sort of strange affirmation.
I then asked her if we could update my the last name on my room because the new Hilton Wifi doesn’t recognize a hyphenated last name. She gave me an internet access code instead (which was fine), but then dismissively told me that I had to take the name change up with Hilton Honors directly. Having dealt with this same internet issues several times - with ZERO issues from other properties and front desk attendants - I tried to clarify my initial request. She cut me off twice as if she knew better and with an attitude, creating an unnecessary and hostile environment.

I was impressed with the cleanliness and room accommodations! Although I had brought my own toiletries, the shower had large shareable bottles of wonderful smelling shampoo/conditioner/body wash. The down feather pillows and silky sheets made for wonderful bedding. AC unit had no problem keeping the room at a very comfortable level. No excess noise or disturbances occurred.
Then to top it off, the provided breakfast was absolutely delicious! They had much to choose from as well as many condiments. I guess you can say I am easily impressed…but I had recently stayed somewhere else that was less accommodating and I was very pleased they had salsa available for my eggs 😂☺️ Overall, I was very pleased and enjoyed my visit despite it being a brief one. Unfortunately I doubt I will be in the area again but definitely encourage anyone thinking about it to go! Price is a little more than other places but well worth it...
