My stay here was very nice, from the check in to check out experience the customer service was always helpful and inviting. The complimentary breakfast was actually pretty good! They have a Belgium waffle maker and usually have eggs, either bacon or sausage, breakfast potatoes, oatmeal, toast/bagels, and a yogurt bar to add some fruits. They also offer drinks like orange juice, hot water and tea packets, and coffee(I would recommend either putting in a lot of cream and sugar or going to Starbucks next door because the coffee is not a good taste). I definitely recommend being an IHG One Rewards member as the amenities can be worth it. The rewards can offer late check out until 2pm if available which I utilized this offer. I won’t lie I had lower expectations for this property just based on the location but once I walked into my room I was not expecting the vast amount of space and how luxurious the rooms felt let alone the amazing aroma! The room was very clean and tidy which I think we all can appreciate. I stayed in a king room which came with a full sized refrigerator, microwave, plenty of counter space which included an island and barstools, silverware/plates/cups, and a full size sink. The living room had a large couch with a pull out bed and a decent sized tv. This room is considered a one bedroom so the king is in its own room vs being more of a studio. The bed was pretty comfy. The bathroom was very nice with a mirror that had lights surrounding it, the shower is a step in shower with glass sliding doors, and they provide Dove products such as hand lotion, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Overall I enjoyed my stay here. But I do have a few critiques, which again this is a new property they are still doing construction on and is not fully finished, that in a way affected my stay here. The first issue is the door. Be careful and test your front door when you leave. If I didn’t let mine slam (which was super loud and made me uncomfortable to go in and out) the door wouldn’t latch. It will look like it is closed but if you just push the door it will open. I left for a whole day and didn’t realize this until the next time I left my room. The second thing is the TVs in the room have a casting and Netflix feature. These just have an error on both TVs whenever selecting and would have been nice to use when in the room lounging. The WiFi was pretty spotty and at times would disconnect completely depending on where I was in the room. Third the pillows are way too soft. There are pillow cases that label wether it is a firm or soft pillow which I have come to find at multiple IHG properties there is no difference between them. Personally I like firmer pillows rather than ones that flatten almost immediately. Lastly, and this one isn’t necessarily a bad thing but can be a concern if anyone is in your hotel room or if your door is not completely shut as I mentioned above. The door to the bedroom has a lock but the actual knob for the lock is on the outside of the door. This means someone could lock you into your bedroom. Again overall I had a lovely stay and once Staybridge/IHg are able to address these issues and finish construction here I’m sure this will be one of the best hotels...
Read morehi, we stayed at extended day from September 2024 to June 11, 2025. all I can say is that they do not clean their rooms they have bugs such as spiders, roaches ants. Crickets and bedbugs.. I had to request hotel, cleaning towels, toilet tissue, paper towels, dishwashing soap every day. The clean policy is that you can request the essentials daily, but they do a weekly clean in which they made us leave the room, but they did not clean the room entirely the floor was dirty. My grandson and granddaughter stayed with me the entire time during the day in their feet or dirty they did not mop the floor. They did not sweep. they did not want to take the trash out. They did not speak English. It was terrible. The staff was not accommodating. They always said it was our fault. The room was not available now we’re in a better space because our house is not done and we were replaced a new hotel which the service is great short term. It may be good for one night but they need to do something about their book in station the manager blamed it on the construction next-door, but I never seen a roach come from construction also I’ve never had any roaches in my house over the 30 years. I’ve been in CORONA.. The parking was terrible. We were forced out of the hotel because they were tired of us complaining about the room, not being clean on a daily basis. The hotel staff is very rude.. The manager became friends with my daughter who also wrote a review but I am never gonna stay at the Staybridge hotel ever again.. the parking was horrible too|. What I like the best about hotel what’s a convenience of being close to my granddaughter‘s games. I will never stay there again. We live there for nine months so we saw everything.....
Read moreshowed up first thing in the morning looking for a room for my family and I to stay, the front counter girl was very friendly and compassionate to our situation, she immediately found a room, and gave us a discounted rate! Our room looked like a small studio apartment with a full size refrigerator, stove top, microwave, lots of cabinets, and all the dishes and utensils we need to feel like home. The room was clean and still smelled new! there was a desk which allowed me to "work from home". They also have washers and dryers to do your laundry while you stay, it was free for guests! I did three loads of laundry, the laundry room is big and clean, I brought my own detergents, but they do sell them in the lobby store, there was probably 8 washers and 8 dryers. They had an evening social hour which served complimentary food and drinks, we was unable to attend but we walked through the lobby and saw everyone enjoying, the morning complimentary hot breakfast was very good, lots of hot and cold foods to choose from. Very family & pet friendly place. we did not bring our dog, but the website says it is pet friendly, we saw a guest walking out of her room with her leashed dog. We had a very quite and comfortable stay here, we have already recommend Staybridge suites to family and friends, we will definitely be coming back, and with our fur...
