La Carniceria Meat Market — Local services in Eastvale

Save the gas and money!!! Everyone in my family hyped this place up, which left me completely disappointed. The meat was full of gristle. I know some like the chewy fat in their meat, but I expected it to have less gristle than what I picked out. Of course I ate it and didn't throw any away, but it was definitely not worth it. I'd rather keep going to Casa de Pueblo in Corona.

1. The Al pastor was salty but good texture when cooked... I had to balance it out with chile Colorado on tortillas.
2. The Gristle in the carne picada was unpleasant and the worst out of any meat market I've ever been to.
3. The chicken was good
4. The espaldilla I'm not to fond of trying anymore, but hopefully it surpasses my expectations.

The gristle in the photos is not all I took out... the rest was thrown away prior to when I finally decided to take a picture...
