I googled this restaurant before I embarked on my journey up I-95. The Positive Reviews this place that this restaurant scored was a leading factor in deciding to spend my money here instead of McDonald's, Taco Bell/KFC or Panda Express which all had less than favorable "Raves & Good Reviews". True, to as other Reviewers have mentioned, their was hardly any customers @ McDonald's, KFC/Taco Bell & Panda Express....but Chick-fil-A was Busy!!!! As soon as I got up in the que to order, I immediately noticed the "Care & Professionalism" that is almost completely nonexistent at the other joints I mentioned about earlier!!! The very nice & sweet girl that took my order, after informing her this was my very 1st time ordering from Chick-fil-A, guided me thru the Menu. She recommended pairing her personal favorite " House Sauce" with our Sandwiches & the "Polynesian Sauce" with our Waffle Fries. The Fries did not impress me, and McDonald's STILL holds "The World's Favorite French Fries".....HANDS DOWN!!! (With Popeyes "Cajun Fries" as a Near Runner-Up). The Polynesian Sauce was Great tho!!! A little bit of everything for your Taste Buds!!! The Chicken Deluxe Sandwhich was Good....not too salty.....and actually an Organic looking Leaf of Lettuce!!! (At this point, I'm convinced that they are truly a Step Above the others in the Fast Food Business for sure!!! The Fresh Squeezed Lemonade....let us stop & have a moment of silence for ALL those Diabetics that cannot afford or refuse to purchase this Refreshing & Satisfying God-Given Beverage!!! EVERYONE in the house raved about how good this Simple but Wonderfully Tasting Drink was!!! Add Chrushed ICE & a low $2 Price tag & BAAM!!...We're in Business!!! While I'm on the Diabetic Topic....HUGE Chocolate Chip Cookes could literally put someone in a Diabetic Coma!!! There's simply MORE CHOCOLATE than there is COOKIE!!!!! Again, me & my Mom were impressed @ how nice & organized their "To-Go" Cup-Holder thing was (yeah, I know....Boring...but after you get back on the road, you really Thank God & appreciate your Drinks staying put & not tipping over all over your Rental Car....NOT COOL!!!). All on All, the next time I go back I'll skip the Fries & Cookies. I also really want to try their Breakfast Menu Items & their Frosted Lemonade Dessert/Drink that my Sister will almost swear by!!!! We paid around $36 for 4 Chicken Deluxe Combo Meals with a 6-Pack of Cookies.....a little Pricey, but the Excellent Customer Service, The Sandwiches, the Premium Ingredients & that....that Lemonade (Yumm!!!) truly make up for them added pesos!!! Recommended!!!! Still reading??....GO ALREADY!!...WHAT ARE YOU...

Sarah Hoffman from this location has reached out to me, and done her best to assist with trying to resolve the issues I had. She was kind enough to mail a number of coupons to me, in hope that I'll continue eating at this location. She was very caring, and kind to assist with helping Original review is below).
Those with a gluten allergy or Celiac Disease, stay away.
My fiancé and I were here mid afternoon, on a Saturday (12/1), when it wasn't even that busy. I ordered a gluten free bun with the grilled chicken patty. After a few minutes of waiting (sitting down), our food was brought to our table. I opened my gluten free bun, to discover it was rock-hard frozen. I handed it to an employee behind the counter and simply asked for a thawed GF bun. After a minute or two standing there, the associate came up to me and stated it should only take a couple minutes and they'll bring another out to my table.
I sat down at the table to my cold waffle fries. I finished my waffle fries, and an employee brought out a gift card for a free sandwich and stated currently all GF buns are frozen, and it should only be a few more minutes while they thaw. I was very thankful for the little gift card, but was already rather upset with my experience. My fiancé has now finished her meal, and our table was cleared, aside from my (now cold) grilled chicken patty. Over ten minutes after the time I handed over my bun, a GF bun was brought to our table and a different employee stated, "We're sorry, but this is the best we can do." I opened this one, excited to finally try and enjoy my cold sandwich, only to find this bun was as rock-hard frozen as the first one. [Side note: I am also a diabetic, and had already taken the appropriate amount of insulin for the carbs in the bun.] I forced down the hard, cold bun with my cold grilled chicken.
Unfortunately I will not recommend this location to anyone, especially not during a time when they're busy. Based on my experience, in the middle of the afternoon, I couldn't imagine my scenario during a busy lunch or...
Read moreAs I was waiting for my food and watching (but not focused on) the employees as they were going about their jobs, my jumbled thoughts all of a sudden became laser focused. It sounds really strange, I know! It was as if I was looking through through a wide lens, just casually observing all, that very quickly closed in on one thing that glaringly over-shadowed all else... I'm sure that you've noticed in any of the other fast food places; McDonald's, Popeye's, Taco Bell & so on, how the employees are literally bumping into one another, grabbing the wrong bag, yelling instructions to each other to be heard over their own noise as they are putting the food orders together. It is utter chaos & can be a very frustrating sight... Now picture this; even during their "rush hours", Chick-fil-A employees seem to be moving in tandom. If you really take notice, they move around one another with a gracefulness as they are focused on the task in front of them. There is no aura of confusion as they are fastidiously getting your order ready. If you interrupt them with a need, you don't get a look of frustration, you're shown respect & they ensure that you walk away feeling valued. I always knew that Chick-fil-A was more than a cut above. However on this day, I saw nothing that I haven't seen before while waiting for food at Chick-fil-A, but for the first time, I actually "saw" just how "unusual" these employees really are. I stood there in wonderment, and exclaimed (in my head!) "Glory be to God!" This whole scenario may seem silly, or trivial to some. However, others (such as myself) will see the significance that it imparts. "Chick-fil-A" places GOD before EVERY step of the process. The process is taught (you see it with every employee) to the newly hired, and that's all she wrote! Just joking, God is not a God of confusion. He puts chaos into order. You simply can't deny...
