KFC — Restaurant in Maryland

I'd give this KFC zero stars if possible. Been there a couple times and the KFC food is a joke. It just gets worse and worse. Taco bell food is passable here. My last visit to KFC part there were like 15 people waiting off to the side of the register and all mad as hornets. The one guy said he had been WAITING over 15 minutes standing there since he ordered his chicken. We waited 20 minutes for our food. We sat down with our drinks and i ordered from the taco bell menu while waiting. My partner kept waiting for his Chicken meal. I was finished eating and he was still waiting. The kid hollered from behind the counter to us that it was coming. 10 minutes later he told us he would bring it out in awhile. So after a total of 20 minutes they called us to the counter to let us know they had the chicken but out of mashed potatoes for the day. So then we ordered the beans... NOPE out of those too. So basically we got a chicken meal and were told after waiting 20 minutes we had to take cole slaw which we HATE. No offer of money back or an apology that we weren't told this 20 minutes earlier. so now we had some skinny COLD yes cold fried chicken which makes no sense if we waited because they had none. Shouldn't it be HOT if they just made it??? So we got skinny cold rubber chicken, cole slaw we hate and were foced to take... and low and behold.... were then informed they had no biscuits at all to even wait for. WHAT THE HECK!!!!!!! They held our money hostage and made us wait for food we didn't order or want and NO apology at all. I mean REALLY???? It was a slow time of day and not really crowded except the original group of angry chicken waiting people gathered to the side. I can only imagine the anger at home when they hauled home bags of scraggly chicken, nasty slaw and no biscuits. NEVER NEVER NEVER...

Why is it so hard to have customer service??? Did you mess up someone’s dinner??????? Do mistakes happen???? Sure, However, it’s not hard to make it right. My husband just drove 20 minutes BACK to the store after I made an online order for a family meal. We gave them 30 minutes before he showed up, still had to wait because chicken wasn’t done. Then husband gets home and a large side order and a cake is missing. So he calls the store who said they will make it right. I asked my husband to get like 2 extra pieces of chicken since the family ate without him so he could at least have fresh chicken….. but boss was on break and another guy helping him said no, Like you guys couldn’t throw him a couple of legs???? It’s nearly 45 minute going both ways, just to pick up something y'all forgot. Do better, look out for your customers when you make an error. It’s the right thing to do. No one is perfect, but giving just what was already ordered and should have been in my bag in the first place and that’s it…. IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE! That’s not making it right. Minimum wage is 15 an hour well he should get that amount in food since he has to waste time like that. I guess this will be the last time I have KFC. Popeyes is closer anyway. Peace love and...

I'm really thinking this review will have no impact at all. After reviewing the previous reviews and noticing this is a Trenton for over a year as of today's date. The KFC franchise should really take a look at this location and make a corporate decision. We tried to pre-order over the phone but was met with short-tempered no real assistance by a gentleman today. Approximately 6:00 p.m. May 4th. The chicken was disgusting, very saturated in Greece that tasted burnt and way past its expiration. The chicken and fries were very cold. Text her taste and overall value not of traditional KFC quality. A 16 piece no biscuits or coleslaw was $46. I would not have left a review even though I thought about it until I just realized I had the runs and it was the only thing I ate today besides a salad.
