Good Morning Future Quality Inn Guest! Be prepared to feel like you are the most important person entering the front door. Do not let this humble looking building deceive you! This hotel will not let you down. From the moment you enter the electric double doors. I truly appreciate the dimensions of these two (2) entries, because, as a Real Estate Professional, this feature accommodates any handy-capped guests, enter this temporary abode with ease and dignity. The hotel is completely compliant with the ADA Americans with Disability Act, which is a Federal law, and they have rooms which are too handicap friendly. By the way, therapy dogs are welcomed to stay as the important family that they are with no questions asked, again ADA Compliant! Upon entering this unassuming structure, you will be impressed by the massive two story reception area. This welcoming room has lavish furniture, granite countertops, cherry wood trim, leather sofas, a guest computer area, where if you do not have your computer with you, don't worry, you have free access and a Wi-Fi connection to this open, yet private area where you can conduct business, surf the internet, or just have plain fun. There is never a charge to use this wonderful stay-away- from mini office! I can attest; I have used this workspace numerous times over year being a Licensed New Jersey Real Estate Broker. I have actually met with clients, and conducted property searches at this wonderful micro-office! The office is tucked away, in a private, yet open space that overlooks the serene wooded area. There is also a large window with a screen to filter out the daylight as you work, play, or just have plain fun! My only recommendation, make sure you clear your search history after signing off. You will never know who will read your history! The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The owner is Danny. The General Manager is Ying. They are both professional, informative as they are the area experts, and above all, extremely friendly, and their mission together is to provide a safe, comfortable stay, always making sure that their residents are happy! Ran, Darious, Adil, Steve (my and my husband's favorite) Nicki, Charles, but especially Ramon Castro, the night auditor, is the absolute embodiment of stellar customer service. Not only is Ramon friendly, outgoing, he has excellent phone manners; he has dedicated his entire career to the hospitality industry! He is meticulous, detailed oriented, and above all else, a terrific person! ALL ROADS TRULY LEAD TO THE QUALITY INN OF EDISON!!!!!!!! THE FREE BREAKFAST IS FANTASTIC! I WOULD RATE THE EDISON QUALITY INN AS 10 STARS, BUT I CAN ONLY GIVE THEM A WELL DESERVED, AND HARD EARNED 5 STAR REVIEW! ALL ROADS LEAD TO THE QUALITY INN OF EDISON! When you live in the Garden State, you really do have to know what exit you are off the NJ Turnpike, because the state has too much to offer, too much to do, too many things, all is at your feet within a 200 mile drive in any direction. EDIT - Dear Natacha (manager), my name is Saifur not Saidur. Second, I requested you to check cameras and talk with your employes who confirmed my extended stays (too bad, I was dumb enough to trust your shady business and not take that in writing). Two of your employes confirmed that there is a note about the stay until 6pm. Please check cameras. I know you have told me your policy but my reservation was through choicehotels.com and they told me I could stay until 6pm for extra $60 charge and they have confirmed with you. Also, if there was no such agreement why would you charge me $60 and $122.77 for the same night? You made me pay for full day and half day for the night I actually never stayed. I have uploaded the receipt you have sent me so public could see it. How could you checked me out on 02/16/2025 @11:13 AM whereas I checkout on 02/15/2025 ~@6:00 pm?

I made a reservation for two rooms at this hotel, one for my family and one for my friend's family. However, due to personal health issues, I was unable to travel. To ensure my friend's plans were not affected, I asked the hotel to remove one room from the reservation and put my friend's name on it. They confirmed that they had made the change and that the hotel desk was notified. I also received an email from the hotel requesting credit card authorization, which I promptly provided, and they confirmed the receipt. When my friend arrived at the hotel, the front desk asked for my ID, which I found surprising as I didn't know that people always carry their friend's IDs with them. My friend didn't have my ID, so they were denied check-in at around midnight. My friend asked me to send a picture of my ID, and I also spoke with the front desk to clarify the situation, especially since they already had credit card authorization on file. The following day, I called the front desk again, and the lady I spoke to was very polite and informed me that no ID was required for check-in. It was confusing as everyone had confirmed that my friend could only show the reservation and their ID. It was frustrating that the person at the front desk at night did not follow the correct process and denied check-in without checking the notes or following up with the hotel chain or their manager. I am very disappointed with this experience and plan to give my future business to something other than this hotel or the chain. More knowledgeable and polite front desk staff is necessary for a travel and hospitality establishment. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and only gave it a 1-star rating because there was no option for zero stars.
