When I went thru the drive thru this evening during rush hour, I'm positive Katelyn had no idea the kind of day I was having...I was stressed out, making me a little short in my answers, but she was totally unbothered and as sweet as could be...I had just had my truck die in an intersection a couple blocks away and was stuck in the 90 degree heat for some time until I finally was able to get it to start...I just wanted to grab a quick bite the easiest way possible and Pray I made it home...once at the window I realized my dog had drank all the water I had for him in my truck, he was panting from the heat, and I was dreading having to stop for water and potentially have my truck not start leaving us stranded again...I asked Katelyn if I could possibly have a cup of water for my dog, to which she replied "of course!"...She immediately returned with a "Travel BOWL" of cold water including a tight fitting lid, saving me the need to risk being stuck again, I nor my dog couldn't have been more grateful...She has no idea the impact she had on myself and my dog but I suspect it happens frequently because she's just that kind of person...I live about 15 miles from the restaurant and will go out of my way to eat there just because of her so KFC I hope you realize what a spectacular employee you are Blessed with, and Katelyn, thank you so very much from me and my dog, I can't put into words the appreciation and admiration I have for you, you're one in...
Read moreBeing talked to like I should already know and just accept that they no longer serve popcorn chicken, was rude to say the least. The "nuggets" in the famous bowl suck. My kids hated the nuggets, and my husband never wants kfc again after our last very expensive meal. The employees cared more about sending me out of the drive-thru without my meager meal, and saving their timers, then just making it quick, and right, and giving me the necessary items I asked for multiple times. Then, I go back inside after not getting my sauces, and 4 employees all paced back and forth by the drive-thru window, looking at me, but not acknowledging my need to get whatever it was I needed. With receipt in hand, I had to assert myself after several minutes and briskly ask for sauces since everyone was so busy they couldn't help a paid customer. It's boggles my brain that the simplest task couldn't be completed, yet they want more pay, for what exactly?? And there were only two customers in the lobby, so it wasn't busy enough to even let me, let alone another paid customer to sit at the counter and not be helped by the several others...
Read moreWent to pickup a doordash order at 9:16pm ( July 31.2021) . Was told to wait outside in a parking spot and the food will be brought out to me. I didn't receive the food until 9:46pm. An entire 30 minutes to get me an order when they barely even had customers. Its unbelievable how I had to go and ask again and I see my order sitting there getting cold. What happened to the " we will bring it out for you "? then the girl working at the drive thru proceeds to give me attitude as if its my fault that she can't do her job correctly. It gets worse though. I dropped off the order and there were items missing so not only did the girl in the drive thru blatantly lie to my face, gave me attitude for her mistakes but she also forgot items on the order I delivered.
