I chose this place because of the generally positive reviews, and honestly, I think a lot of people may have reviewed the wrong hotel. I try to be as considerate and understanding as possible with hotels for obvious reasons, but this was pretty much a dump. The parking lot is small and awkward to maneuver. There don't seem to be enough parking spaces for the number of rooms. The lobby and breakfast area have been recently renovated, but the hallways, stairwells and rooms are a different story. Dingy, rarely (if ever) cleaned carpet and filthy walls and doors were especially prominent in the stairwell. This is supposedly a smoke-free property, but the first thing I noticed upon entering the hallway and my room was that it smelled like a combination of a music festival, an ashtray and Aunt Susan's musty 50-year-old couch. Cleanliness was a big issue in my room. There was a chewed-off fingernail stuck on one of the headboards and there were stains everywhere. One of the hand towels was covered in yellowish stains, a bottle cap was left on the floor, and finally, there were dried drops of what I hope was toothpaste on the sink. I know housekeeping doesn't have much time to clean each room, and I certainly don't expect a budget hotel (or any hotel) to be a perfect sparkling beacon of cleanliness, but I do expect to not find "leftovers" from other guests. I couldn't figure out how to turn the shower on after trying everything I could think of and I was too exhausted to call the front desk for a room change, so I can't comment on water pressure. Honestly, I probably wouldn't be any cleaner after a shower in this place than I was without one. Everything else worked fine and the AC was running nice and strong. The bed was comfortable enough and aside from the usual people walking down the hallway, it was pretty quiet. I kept the TV on all night, and that, along with the AC, provided enough ambient sound to drown out any noise that may have kept me up otherwise. I was pretty shocked that I didn't wake up with any bedbug bites. Aside from all those issues, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the covid-era prepackaged breakfast was fine. If you're thinking about staying here, I'd advise you to either strongly consider an alternative or lower your expectations to their lowest level.

Sheets were torn but clean, toilet and sink were clean. I was in an accessible room so maybe the material of the shower floor made it look dirtier than it truly was. My refrigerator was unplugged with a frayed cord upon check in. I called the front desk and a few minutes later a man and a young adult came to the door. They ended up bringing a new fridge which worked. However, since the cabinet loads from the back and has an overhang they didn’t realize the height of the new fridge made the microwave impossible to use because the door was blocked. I didn’t call back because by the time I realized this it was late. I ordered food from a third party service and didn’t get any utensils so I appreciated the plastic forks available in the breakfast area in the evening. There is a small fitness room and I was able to enjoy a jog. I didn’t use the pool but it looked clean. Unfortunately breakfast doesn’t start until 7 am and I had to check out earlier than that for the conference I was attending so I can’t comment on breakfast either. There are a few restaurants nearby and a coffee shop. Overall, the room could use some updates but service was friendly and the bed was clean so I would stay here again. Also, the parking lot is well lit which is appreciated.

Wow this is hands down best place to stay. The staff was amazing! The rooms Cleanest I have ever seen and I've been to a lot. Also the rates are one of the cheapest in town. The breakfast rocks! 5 different cereals, oatmeal, bagels, fresh omelets, doughnuts, a freaking pancake maker ( I love my pancakes it was fresh off the press, hard boiled eggs, juices and coffee, and I cant remember the rest hahaha. They really do clean the sheets every single day, and we looked at the mattress and pillow everything spotless. Also know matter what time of night it is somebody is always at the front desk pleases to help you with a smile. They went above and beyond for us. We even put in a special request an epic stick figure battle. They got little armys guys and they were having an epic battle on the night stand. This hotel knows how to make every single customer happy and feel special. I cant thank you guys enough for making our stay so awesome. We will be back next time we are in town. I highly suggest this hotel!!!

First day, check in and I received my keys. I went to room and keys didn't work. I then went to desk and got two new keys. Keys did not work again. Went to desk and got new keys and girl came with me this time to make sure I wasnt doing something wrong. To make sure I didnt do something... she tries door and doesnt work with me right there in front of her. She tries and didnt work. I then get a new room and those keys dont work. We get in with the maintenance key and m fine for the night just want to sleep and the while family is happy we got in. Tomorrow come we get ready and leave. The manager programs door and switches batteries. I come back and it doesnt work. I said I will be back later. I requested that they wait till I'm back to change out lock since that was there solution. They did not wait thank goodness my weapon and jewelry were still there with all my other family possessions. The next morning I was talking to manager at breakfast about how crazy all that was and said if anything happens like that again I would like my money back for the remaining two nights. She cut me off and said No no no no I can not charge you and check you out. It's the same so I decided not to argue it. The next day and keys are fine. It's the last night and its 0140 in the morning and a family checks in next to me. Kids are running and jumping on floor and beds. The walls are being hit. I have kids so I let it go for about 15 minutes. Mind you this is 1 o'clock in the morning. I call after that time to the desk and report it since now my kids are awake cause of it. The lady answers and says hello. I said okay since I guess we dont an ounce our position and said in the room next to me there is a ton of noise and before I could finish with the rest she cuts me off and says they just checked in and they have kids. They will calm down in a little bit. I said awesome it's already a terrible stay why not add more to it. Still nothing to fix this. One last thing if you say you have breakfast till 10 am dont start putting it away until 10. I was sitting there eating and the so called manager starts cleaning up at 1040. A family came to eat and had nothing but cereal and milk at 1045....

By far the worst hotel you could ever stay it. For one it's located in a ghetto area. No cameras, well there's cameras but they don't run them. It's not safe for kids AT ALL. Not only that but there was feces and pubic hairs in the bathroom, and the pubic hairs on the BED. ive given this place many chances until one night there was a FIRE and the woman in the lobby was unbelievably rude and racist with me. I contacted costumer service and the manager, the manager was very unprofessional!!! and accused my fiancé of cussing her out over the phone?!? He never called. He would never do that and plus he knows very LITTLE English. she made an excuse that she had been sick the past week and that's why she didn't call me back??? She put me on a "do not rent list" I'm guessing because she doesn't want to deal with her job the right way. She countinued to tell me while we were on the phone that there's two sides to every story and that she's dealt with 3 complaints already that day. She seemed too stressed and tired or lazy to even speak to me professionally or give a sincere apology. She asked how her worker knew that I'm a white person? Well the worker has eyes doesn't she? I'm blonde and my skin is pale. I was called a white m-f with an attitude by the worker. The worker told that to the person she was on her cell phone with RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. all because I apparently gave her a "look" when I asked for some towels.. she also told the person on the phone that the hotel is crazy....This hotel needs put under new management. Being a manager myself I would never act this way. I asked her to look at the cameras since I was accused of acting asinine. but apparently they don't run them so that goes to tell you how cheap this place is.. they couldn't even give me a refund. Just a few reward points. They couldn't even apologize... there just very stressed and will not listen to anything the costumer has to say. It's ghetto, disgusting and unprofessional. If your in the area try county inn and suits its right next door and the service there is amazing! Not to mention you won't smell people smoking MARIJUANA AND FIND AND PUBIC HAIRS UNDER...
