My experience here was not very great. I called them 4 days prior to informing them we had a party of 10 of us coming for a birthday dinner at 3pm. They were glad to have us, and hold the birthday cake for us into we needed it (which was after dinner, and it was a huge surprise for our mother because she had no clue) Anyways, we got there still had to wait 45 minutes for them to even get us a table, which I was confused because there was maybe 10 tables being used when we got there the rest of the restaurant was emptied. So we waited 45 minutes for them to seat us, got seated and waited an additional 20 minutes for our server to come over and ask us for our drink order, which wasn't very complicated wither mostly waters and 2 chocolate milks for the 2 kids. After she took our drink order we didn't see drinks for an additional 15 minutes at this point everyone is kinda frustrated because we are ready to order and we were thirsty. I would have understand the wait times if they were busy but they weren't! 4 out of 10 of the party order endless shrimp. Well my order (shrimp Alfredo and crusty shrimp) was sent back because there was a fly in my food the waitress was rude because I refused to eat my food and I wanted it remade. She took my dish and I didn't see food for another 25 minutes. My hubby and children were done with there food along with most of our parties so I was very disappointed in that. My mother got endless shrimp asked for a 2nd round she didn't receive her 2nd round they brought her 4 plates of crusty shrimp that she didn't even order and just threw the plates on our tables after being told we didn't want those and it wasn't our order either. So she didn't receive her 2md order of endless shrimp. They brought my food remade and I still didn't eat it because at this point I lost my apettite and wasn't hungry anymore so once again the server got rude because I didn't eat my food after wanting it remade. And I apologize to her and told her I wasn't hungry anymore. My father and brother got endless scampi and it took them 15 minutes to even being out more of that for them and they informed them as soon as they received the new dishes to put in another order because they really liked it but hated waiting 15 -20 minutes each interval. At the end our bill was about $250.00 and honestly that was the worst service I have ever had. And I am a server so I know how things are ran and how things are suppose to be done and that service at red lobster was very horrible. I will not be returning ever again and I will not be recommending red lobster to anyone. And I will never host another party here again. Did curbside, waited 15 mins and no one ever came out(Never had that problem before), went inside and it took them about 10 mins before someone actually helped us(not busy, as it was only like 4 on a Friday). Got our order and was heading out to the car to check the order and then someone came running out after us to hand us one of our dinners and he reassured us that everything else was there. We get home(5 mins down the road) and notice one of our extras that we had ordered was missing. Called right away and said I will be right there to pick it up. Took another 10 mins before someone helped me and then another 20 mins for my missing item( mind you, my food was getting colder, as the whole order was cold to begin with. As if it was sitting for a while before we walked in). The missing item comes out piping hot and I get handed 2 $10.00 cards (that expire at the end of the year). Because this is an every once in a while meal, I spent more than I should... over $130.00+$15.00 tip. I got home to try to eat my food and everything was ice cold. I couldn't heat it up because I had Lobster tails. One of them had already been over cooked and not edible and my broccoli tasted like it had been sitting out all day rotting. I was so upset and so was my husband because we couldn't enjoy one of our favorite meals together. I work in retail, so unfortunately I had to work on Father's day, that's why wr did it early. The complimentary cards hardly cover my meal alone and again since we don't go there often, they are going to expire. I've already contacted them but haven't received an email back. I've never had this problem before. We order once MAYBE twice a year depending on what we want. Read moreThis resturaunt needs to realize were getting through a pandemic and train the waitresses on how to properly wear their masks! I took my father in law out of state today to the Cleveland clinic because he is having heart complications. He is on a strict diet and he really wanted fish after not being able to eat today! Figured red lobster was a great choice! We were very impressed to see all the hard efforts being implemented for their social distancing. Our waitress was GREAT however, looking around only one waitress was wearing her mask to have it cover her nose and mouth!! Others were only covering their mouth,one had hanging from one ear and a waitress even had hers around her neck. We were sitting at the half booth/table along the side of the building right next to the half wall. On the other side of the wall, less than 3 feet from him stood a waitress at the computer who had no mask on!! It was enough for us to ask for the bill. He hadn't eaten all day and was ready to just go! I spoke with the waitress, she told us that it wasnt being taken serious around the area that police weren't even wearing them and the waitresses didnt have masks that fit. I talked to the manager and she said she would cover his meal. The waitress came back and said it was okay she took care of the both of us. We tipped her $20. She was a hard working waitress and we weren't trying to get free food. We honestly just wish people would take it more serious!
