Food doesn't taste the same. The sauce on the chicken is like watered down now!!!!! The guy at the register, I don't believe really understands you. He's placing tooth picks in your box but I believe he doesn't understand every your saying! Than the guys at the end of the line; wanna get a attitude when you say oh I was supposed to have shrimp in there to. I have gone here for some time now to bring home dinner. It is very good food. The workers are nice and quick and friendly. HOWEVER we went there tonight (1/25/2018) and as I was bagging up my food there was a adult cockroach crawling across the counter by the food.... That's just disgusting, I will not return here again. You know if you see one there are thousands of them aside the fact that all the food is brought from behind the wall and door. I can only imagine what is back there.. close down for a week and get your infestation under control...

I've been coming here for years. Out of every place I've been to that serves chicken teriyaki, the midway mall location is the best by far. The sauce they use is just perfection. I can never eat the whole meal in one sitting and even after reheating it's still delicious. The rice doesn't get soggy from the sauce unlike the North Olmsted location.
